Someone pointed out that his powers could be more psychic based then just pure strength and durability-- he sees them as puppets which is why he can break and tear them so easily and the bullets he sees as popcorn hence they bounce off him

@@Litty2Shoes It could be both. The powers or his traumatized psyche lets him see threats or things that are upsetting to him as the puppets so that he's more comfortable using the strength or so the brutality of using it feels less real.
Sam is a fucking powerfull beast . I hope this character doesn't became more powerfull than the others , because nothing will stop this guy .

My guess: That device only exists in limited numbers and is used by security in The Woods. The commando teams don't have them. You could go further and say that they DO have access to them, but some dipshit higher-up type didn't order the team to take them along.
@@KakashiInWinter Yeah, only key members of the Vought operatives assigned to "the Woods" holding cells have access to those devices, too delicate and ineffectual to use outside the Vought school facility's confined areas, etc (even inside a storm drain with the Vought gunship's engine and blades cancelling the high pitch noise out).

Okay but a major plot hole in the series is how they send regular people with regular bullets to take down supes....who are NOT regular people and canNOT be damaged by regular bullets.(Or in most cases, ANY bullets)
