Thanks. I’ve tried a lot of different formulas for zombie skin, and to be honest I haven’t found one I’m totally happy with. But if it looks good to you guys then I’ll call it a success.
Boo, @19:50 that feels like a stretch. lol Since you can't engage diagonal, feels like that is you moving away. (Still cheering for the reptile, not to worry)
Hmm. You may have a point. The rules say you get an opportunity attack when you move out of a space adjacent to an enemy. I figured I was ok, because I was still adjacent, hence not moving out of an adjacent space. But I suppose it could be read as I was in an adjacent space, and I was moving out of it, so I would get an attack. I think the easiest thing for me to do in the future is just avoid those kind of maneuvers.
for some reason the first part with the 3 zombies took forever to beat. I was alone, no Alandale. Swordmanship +2 and the throwing spear... But then the second part with the rats I ended untouched and quickly. Maybe I need to play it again and see if i did something wrong or is the game just swingy like that?
I think you probably did nothing wrong, and that it is just swingy like that. I watched a couple play throughs beforehand, and it seemed like some of the combat encounters really could drag on. It’s one of the reasons I went with the +3 swordsmanship, to see if it could break through the grind, even if it meant I would get hit more often.
So I have to ask, what if there are more enemies than initiative tokens. Do these "extra" enemies still get activated in a given round, or is the enemy group limited to 3 activations. (Assuming of course that they have not gained another initiative token due to some event, etc.)
This was cool. “Snake Raskin, I heard you were dead”.
Yeah, he gets that a lot.
Interesting game and a fun video. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks. I enjoyed it, and so I think there will be more.
Oh, I'm getting this game. Feels like a really good starter for solo gaming and for a painting project. Thanks for sharing!
I agree, and you are welcome.
Loving the paint jobs on those zombies. The albino gave me a chuckle

Great game, like the combat mechanics.
I like them, too, and I was a little unsure going in. But I think they do what they set out to do in a fun, simple way.

My understanding is that only three enemies would activate. If I keep going, it will come up in an adventure or two.
