I notice in the surname of Joey Dunlop, the emphasis is on the second syllable. When we speak of the tyre manufacturer, it’s on the first.Does anyone know why?
In Northern Ireland it's pronounced the same...
Unfortunately i was always to drunk or stoned to remember all the great races from the late 70s😂 at Portrush
