I do wish that they'd released the video of that judge with OP'S wife to the State Bar Association. He NEEDED to go down for not automatically recusing himself. He was DEFINITELY going to rule against OP.
Only problem with that is 90% of divorce judges would have ruled in the wife's favor without incontrovertible proof. Better to stick with the one you have dirt on. On the other hand, I'm not sure about the legal nuance involved in getting those two videos included in a retrial. Either way that would have stretched the divorce out at least another year, likely including having to deal with another mandatory counseling stint and all for a judge that would give him the absolute minimum they legally could, which would probably involve ripping up the prenup just to throw it in his face and rewarding her with alimony.
