Love the your video but it no help for me. I'm looking for the steps how to perform a quick reg and perform the full registration when a patient walk through the door needing to see the doctor in ED.
But how do you make one from scratch? I found a bunch of great order sets in the Epic user web but i want to enter them in as new, not edit a pre existing one
Over the past couple years they have moved past 12 point ROS and physical exams - nowadays they are billing based on MDM (medical decision making and complexity) or time-based billing!
This is disgusting. Epic is a complete waste of our time. Get rid of it. Return to paper & scan charts onto a disc when done. Hours of documentation are required with Epic. Are lawyers spending this much time? We should be making $500-$1000 an hour like they do. Doctors are idiots
