In Bulgaria with younger wrestlers like this we really emphasize the left knee. Your left knee goes down to the mat as you hit the corner. We do the opposite with putting that knee up and moving it under the ribs, then circling. This beats a really strong wrestler that can maintain that position or that extend the left foot out to stop the advancement. Give it a shot coach. This move and headlock are the two best moves for youth wrestling. People frown on that because they don't understand international wrestling.
I love the polite but firm reissuances of instructions with demonstration partners of any age, I get a hard laugh it of it most of the time, Brian knows how to keep his cool, it reflects experience gained over a very long time teaching
Always fun to watch you work with the kids coach!👍Haha rough drills, a little blood dripping on the mat, and a much heavier coach laying on top of their kids chest are all things that can get the parents upset yet the kids love it, are much tougher and able to take more than the parents realize, and are always back and ready for more! Sometimes taking a upset parents shaking their finger in your face is all part of the job lol!😂😁

I remember being their age and learning an elevator roll and a key lock throw. Stuck with me into college and is one of my bread and butters.
