how to simulate days?....I have 7 drivers and none of them earning above 10k they are in the range of 4-5k......i trained them specifically as well...any tips on this?

@@prithishghosh7597 Made that mistake myself, they refused to drive the trucks because they 'needed maintenance' and quit after three days. They want new trucks to drive in, not used. The good news is that if you assign a used truck to yourself and then visit a dealer, you can get the selling money of that truck as trade-in value so you won't need as much cash on hand as you would buying one straight up.

Don't train your employees. Or well... As usually when you hire someone new, it says "mixed" as far as I know. At least keep track of the training being mixed and the avatar will take care of it itself. What you need to think about is a truck and a place (garage). Then you receive passive money. The more experience your employees get, the more money you bring in. Buy more garages, trucks and more employees, and you'll get even more money.
@@ramazancins Do nothing. Buy garages, trucks, trailers and hire drivers. But keeping track of their education is not the best. They can handle it better themselves. The reason for my argument was that I had big problems with a garage in Bergen. By focusing on the employees' training, they were constantly all the other garages considering that they went too much boat out to the continent with cargo and came home with no cargo and thus no experience points. It is passive money that you earn in ETS2 and thus you can be passive with their education as well. Then you lose focus on the number you have hired when the number rises to over 100 employees. The only thing you can be active with is to invest in the company and let the company grow. The more you invest, the more money you earn. The more experience your employees gain by successfully driving goods back and forth, the more money into the company. So therefore you don't have to do much more than just invest in several garages, trucks and trailers.

At 5 currently. I personally give all mine 500HPs (typically Scania/Volvo, as they have the best price/performance). The only discrepancy is two used trucks which seem to take up a bit more in repair costs -- buying two new ones when the money builds up.
It helped me a lot and responded to my suggestion, thank you!
U welcome
just to point it out u might have to just correct ur vid title if u can👍 and thx for the lovely uploads

Does Ecodriving make a difference? Curious if it cuts down fuel costs (£/mi calculations would have to be done to determine this.)
Yes, although the bigger pay of the other skills is more significant.
how to simulate day in ets?
Just wait one day in game, he did say that for making the video shorter, he most likely used the console to skip one in game day
Or just drive around to explore more agencies and towns@@Lymsleya

Do I have to keep training my drivers or will they keep their skill level just like my own character does?
It will be kept, in the same way as the player. Training simply sets which skill will be prioritized.

Somewhat. Powerful trucks have a bit more income, as they can take heavy jobs. Don't go overboard, though; midrange will do.
