I retired Feb 29 2024 at age 60. Your focus on Embrace better physical health, strive towards better brain health / learning, continue relationships / connections with others, grow spouse / life partner relationships, share with others, have a purpose / personal goals and embrace changes is "right on". Thank you for teaching us that these many different areas during retirement years is mandatory. Especially for a happy / healthy retirement life... One thing I would add is "follow your heart / self desires". Could be learn music, could be travel or could be downsize and move into your always desired country small house. To me, "follow one's heart / one's desires" is fuel for self happiness as well...

My husband and I retired last year (him in March and I in Dec). We have become more active, we go to the gym 4 times a week and we also walk every nite after dinner. My husband loves to read and I'm getting back into reading. We go out exploring our new city we have moved to. We are able to spend more time with family in NC. Thank you for this video, you offered some great suggestions.
So, I'm five years out from retiring at age 53. My wife (retired two years later at age 55) and I are loving it! We are fully embracing working out five days per week and traveling whenever we can while gradually downsizing to prepare for whatever happens next.
I really appreciate to get this related video. I had retired from 9-5 job, but I feel that I never have mind retirement. I feel much happier than when I was working as a company's management. learning from Indonesia.
Very important topic. I am retired and living outside the US. I consider myself fortunate in many ways and was able to plan my retirement and have it exactly as I wanted. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely. I recently engaged with FOLMAR ADVISORY, a distinguished advisory firm that specializes in connecting individuals with top-tier financial advisors. Despite not directly managing assets, FOLMAR ADVISORY’s unique approach has significantly impacted my financial trajectory.
Within just a year of partnering with one of their recommended advisors, my investment portfolio experienced an impressive growth of over 25%, translating to a substantial increase of over $ 300,000.

Yes your right I do walking and do exercises and I’m also now on the carnivore diet. I know a lot of people don’t think that’s very great but too bad my son told me about it and then I took it and ran with it. I don’t think he thought I was gonna take it that serious, but I did, now he laughs and says are we talking about the carnivore diet again today so I have a good time with it I said yeah if I die it it’ll probably be in an accident then because I’m trying not to get dementia. Alzheimer’s, A, stroke, heart attack, sugar, diabetes any of those other things so we have a good time with it always enjoy your videos. I will try to stay actually that’s probably what kept my brain saying. I didn’t mean to give you a hard time in the last video you made. Sometimes I just come off too serious always love your videosand your wife looks extra healthy today. Like my daughter-in-law she got that tanning glow.❤
