The one at my location was definitely a white light. Was thinking I was in a tanning booth or something but no red or pinkish color like I’ve seen in other videos? Not sure if I was in the right mode
@@CurrentlyATheory same machine as in the video. 100% was the TBE. When I hit the power the lights turned on but yes had to turn the fan or the vibration on seperately. I’m just curious about why the light seemed white to me because I could barely see in that

The more skin you show the better. It isn’t heat, it’s red light plus vibration plate. Yes you can have electronics while inside. I leave my device outside but wear my iPods inside.

Are you sure it was Total Body Enhancement? Also you have to turn the light and vibration on separately.

Maybe something was wrong with the bulbs at your location. Should be red for sure as it’s Red light therapy.

The machine at my PF didn’t have a button that said Start/Stop, just an on/off button which was super confusing

Not sure. You should probably ask the people at planet fitness. It’s red light therapy so it should definitely be red.
The program that you pick is for the vibration plate, not the red light.
