I will do it in the morning, noon and night time for the next 7 days and if I see any positive change then I will keep it for life! I am praying it will work.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for this simple video.
After a few months of barely any sleep, strict diet, medications and fast disappearing hope, I tried this exercise and massage (used my fingers to apply pressure).
Within 1 day I stopped medication.
After 4 days I slept without waking up from acid reflux.
2 weeks later I am introducing variety of food that I couldn't have for months.
And I am feeling absolutely fine.

No burp. Mainly acid reflux was hitting me whenever i was lying down or even reclining. Would keep me from sleeping and would give me severe chest pain early mornings or in the middle of the night. I literally had to sleep in almost sitting position. At times that wouldn't help either.

Happy to see that so many people have been helped with L & B’s breathing approach & ball approach. I would like to suggest an alternative approach if that doesn’t work. Just drink a couple glasses of water and jump up and down for a couple minutes to jiggle the stomach back down to its normal position. No harm or cost in giving this approach a try
Forty years ago, I did an activity which forced part of my stomach up through or past the diaphragm. It was a couple months later that I suddenly started having severe stomach pains. I was initially misdiagnosed by a doctor as having ulcers. It was a couple of years of misery before I realized that the doctor was wrong and I had gastric reflux disease, or GERD. Often, GERD happens naturally without a clear cause. More so with older people. Normally, the esophagus sphincter and the diaphragm sphincter muscles line up and reinforce each other. If part of the stomach is pushed or pulled up through the diaphragm, the sphincter muscles don’t line up and stomach acid can more easily leak into the esophagus, causing GERD.
Other people suggest drinking warm or hot water to relax the muscles, I would suggest cold water so the heavy water will stay in the stomach longer. I would also suggest doing it first thing in the morning so the water won’t affect the digestion process on other food. It may take a repeat on a few successive days for the esophagus to adapt to the new longer length for the stomachs in its new proper position. I would repeat the process anytime I got heartburn or acid taste in my mouth. I have been trouble free for over 35 years now. I later learned of a gastroenterologist in Michigan who recommends this process also; maybe others now also.
The body needs strong hydrochloric acid in the stomach to trigger the esophageal sphincter to close, to break down bulk foods generally, and to specifically separate protein into the amino acid components to be effectively absorbed into the blood stream from the small intestines for use by the human body. Most or all GERD medicines block the production of or neutralize the hydrochloric acid which then interferes with protein digestion and interferes with esophageal sphincter closing. Both of those actions are counterproductive.

I developed acid reflux because I did not sit properly after meals and also I sit for a long time in the same position while watching video for few hours for a few weeks during lockdown. Never had this problem prior.
Now I try to heal it by sitting straight/standing after meals, and stop seating at the same positions for hours, and of course with this exercise. I also started exercising more. Hopefully it will reset my body.

Thank you for your comment and sharing your story with us! 🙏🙂 We think it's great that you are so attentive to your body and habits, so you've already figured out for yourself what's causing your acid reflux. 🙌😊 If you're sitting too long, your muslces and fasciae of the front of your body inlcuding your diaphragm will tense up and cause acid reflux as you experience. 😒 Therefore, it's great that you start to change your sitting habits and also try our exercises that will release any built-up tension. 😍💪 Please let us know how you're doing after a while! 🙂

This is great video and is helping me a lot. I read people say their symptoms are worse laying down but whenever I lay down everything improves and I sleep fine. Wake up feeling good and then about 10am the burning starts. Every single day. All day. Until I lay down and/or go to sleep. Everyday is a mirror image of the day before.I have been dealing with upper mid-back pain that often feels like a burning sensation, radiating throughout my upper shoulders. My stomach feels good, but the burning sensation is in my esophagus, start from sternum to the throat and sometimes in my ears. I started to do these exercises and bought the boll and it is helping me a lot. I am been suffering from 2017 and PPI never helped me. thank you!

Instead of puking and getting fevers, etc...I massage the stomach lightly and you begin to hear sounds from the stomach as if its digesting. I move lower, little by little, doing so lightly and we feel so much better so quickly. I know this is a different topic but, its a massage that cures the problem, and no need for medication. @kuldeepsinghparihar5512 2 года назад +2

@@emduffer2495 I have read a lot on asthma and its relation with acid reflux. LPR is Laryngo Pharyngeal Reflux, this is caused by the acid vapours which are released from the gut and they irritate the lining of the throat causing pain in the throat or feeling of dryness in the throat. If not controlled they sometimes travel into the wind pipe and irritate it, this causes asthma attacks. If we can stop the leaking of these vapours from the gut by strengthening our lower esophageal sphincter then we can get rid of all these complications. The exercises recommend in this video helps us to strengthen our LES and hence we are able to control the symptoms. It has worked for me, I hope it will help you as well.
As far as anxiety is concerned, I felt that my anxiety was because I never had these symptoms before so it was the fear of the unknown. When I researched about it and gained some control over and it was no longer unknown to me then the anxiety also went away. Another factor for the anxiety, which I felt was due to the rampent spread of COVID at that time. I was seeing a lot of people around me die because of this disease. A lot of negativity was there all around me at that time. I still get a little anxious when I experience these symptoms but because I know exactly what is happening so I am able to control my anxiety. I wish you all the best and hope you recover from your problems and lead a normal life.

      Hi Niel! 🙂
Thanks for your comment and sharing your experience! 🙏 We definitely understand how unpleasant and excruciating acid reflux can be. It's just the worst, isn't it?! 😞 We've got a couple of exercises and osteopressure techniques that could help ease your suffering and relax your diaphragm. We've found that a tense diaphragm resulting from one-sided movements, e.g. sitting all day long, can be responsible for acid reflux and heartburn. Therefore, our pain therapy is designed to target key pressure points to help relieve tension in the muscles and fascia and relax your body. Give them a go, practise daily, and please get back to us! 🤗

Due to sedentary routines and a lack of movement, the frontal body muscles become shorter and shorter and are increasingly under tension, which will affect your entire back and chest, as your back extensors and gluteal muscles have to apply an extremely strong pulling force that works against your shortened fascia at the front, causing acid reflux and back pain. This could be a connection between your gerd symptoms and pulling your muscle in your back, although it's difficult for us to tell from a distance. 🙂 Please learn more about how your pain is caused and how our pain therapy works in these two articles on back/chest pain and heartburn.

      Hi, Rachel! 🙂
Thank you so much for sharing this feedback with us! 🙏🙂 We're happy to hear that you could relieve your suffering naturally and quickly. Please continue to exercise daily for best results in the long run! 💪 The more regularly you do these exercises, the more relaxed your diaphragm will be. Then you might have a chance of no longer having any acid reflux at all. 😊🙌
If you’re comfortable with it, it’d be awesome if you could recommend us and share this experience in an online review on facebook. 🙂👉 lie-br.com/fb-cm3-rev We'd be very thankful and happy to know that other people will feel more confident in helping themselves against it when reading this. 🤗

Thanks for your comment! We're sorry to hear that you're suffering from it so badly. 😔 We definitely understand how unpleasant and excruciating this can, especially if it affects your daily life and activities. 😥 But have you already tried our simple and effective exercises? 🙂👆 They can help ease your symptoms, prevent further discomfort and treat the actual cause of your pain, so you won't need a surgery to get your life back. 💪 In our opinion, surgeries should be your last resort since they're not only risky, but they also don't help to solve the underlying cause of your suffering which is why they won't bring pain relief in the long run. As soon as your frontal body structures, muscles and fasciae, will tense up again due to our sedentary routines, your symptoms will return as well. Therefore, we highly recommend you to try our exercises first, which can release any built up tension naturally and enhance quality of life tremendously in the long run! 😍 They're definitely worth a try since you can't do any harm to your body as it is a natural and non-invasive treatment approach. 🙌 For further pain management tips and more detailed information on our pain therapy, please check out our article on the causes, symptoms, and treatment of heartburn and acid reflux. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-epheartburn Repeat our exercises every day for real results and update us on your progress. @Liebscher & Bracht.........This worked. 100% for me, it worked. I couldn't believe it. I've been having heartburn & reflux for the past 3 mos, almost every single day. I've adjusted my diet, started taking certain vitamins, getting out more and exercising, but the heartburn & reflux were still going on. Tonight, I had it pretty bad and found your video by accident. Did the exercise and the breathing, and I felt much, much better right away. I'll be doing this everyday now. This is the only thing that has really made me feel back to the way I used to be. Thank you so very much.

As an IBS sufferer I'm skeptical. So I read the comments and decided to watch the video. I tried the exercises. The Breathing and bending exercise made me hurt in my left shoulder (in the back) when I bent to a certain point, so I stopped bending when that pain started.
I also felt a tad bit dizzy so I took breaks in between breaths.
The area between the rib cages did not seem to feel loose. I massaged very gently anyway. There was some mild pain so I didn't push it.
Right after I didn't really feel much relief. However as the minutes went by it seemed to feel more relaxed and I haven't had an acidic burp. I've actually burped with no acid feeling. Something I haven't felt in a really long time.
I'm so far convinced this is helping and I'm really surprised. I'll update in a few day to let you know if anything improves more. But for now it seems to have helped.

      Hi there,
many people experience instant relief after they've done our exercises - even after the first time. 🙂 However, we can't promise you that this will happen, because it also depends on individual factors such as the extent of your muscular-fascial tension in your diaphragm being responsible for your acid reflux. 😊
But exercising could certainly help reduce your symptoms and relieve your pain. 💪 The more regularly you do them, the more relaxed your diaphragm will be. 🙂 So better start today and make sure to practise daily for real results. We hope that you will notice some big difference soon and are able to put an end to your suffering. 🙌😊

This works....it works wonders.....i mean last week i was badly off with severe /burning heartburn and could only lie down and sleep for 3 hours tops and you are woken up with a severe burning heartburn/chest pain. I changed my diet , started exercising and concentrating on my upper body and chest area, did the chest exercises with a combination of a soft tennis ball and some somewhat pointed/moulded Cork to reach around the inside sides of my ''xiphoid process''. When you get the right spot it actually makes a nice hole where the Cork just 'slots in nicely' .It was sensitive/ tender at first, now the soreness /tenderness all wearing off .......i slept like a baby ......it cleared my heartburn in the 3 days, now i only get a mild /ignorable burning sensation once in a while. The SEVERE /BURNING HEARTBURN is gone, .am still carrying on doing the exercise daily and i hope to get rid of even the mild heartburn symptoms for good. It works, please try it and believe in it.......am able to lie down and sleep uninterrupted the whole night which was impossible a week ago. THANK YOU ''Liebscher & Bracht - The Pain Specialists'' and continue the good work.

Ok. I’m blown away. I got up this morning with AWFUL reflux issues (pain like a knife in my esophagus…..yep, I ate a meal, then, laid down and went to sleep…a definite no no!) Of course I did what I do every time I need urgent relief…I turned to RUclips. Found your video. Obviously, I don’t have any of your exercise tools, but, I did the exercise you demonstrated here. It worked!!! Amazing! I have done BodyFlex breathing exercises before and know about the good simple oxygen can do. But, you’ve taken it to a new level. Thank you Doctor❤️ Oh and thank you beautiful Ina (forgive me if I spelled your name incorrectly) for demonstrating the exercise🥰

Hi to everyone. This is A UPDATE after 2 3weeks . Will be a long review.Just to remind , i had a hpylori infection one year ago and about 8 times sessions with omeprazole since last year which is like 8 sessjons of 29 days .Massive heart burn, like 100 times worse than eating chillies. I had 2 types of acid reflux, one when i feel that acid coming all the way up to my mouth , with food , and other when i have no food is this chilly heatwave coming up mythroat. 3rd thing is pain and discomfort right where the esophagus meets the stomach. These 3 things were so so nasty.
Now when i stopped last session of pills i still had second type of hear burn and very liitle acid coming up all the way.
Ive done like 60 reps exhaling this ex but what amazed me the most massaging helped me to burp and release the tension after meals 100%. This happened twiceand after i had no more issues. After 3 4 days ive noticed that acid doesnt come up anymore and the heartburn all kinds are gone. At this stage i was doing the ex after every meal , and anytime i felt that it will be some kinds of episode of heart burn and to be honest BLOODY HELL IS WORKING Praise Jesus Christ. At the gym i noticed before after abdomen workout myheartburn was better. Dont do any planks exercise. There is one more ex where lying down withshoulders up to maintain for heartburn . Also help a lot.
One last thing i had at tge moment about 6 weeks no spices, no black pepper, no chocolate or sugars, no coffee at all no chilli no alcohool no garlic no onions
To give a better suggestion i think doing exercise after meal will better improve than on empty stomach.
Having said all above this was my case and i can recommend this exercises to everyone. The massage one i didnt do it to much.
Thank you a lot to the Uploader and if you read there are some more trick there like in the gym or things to avoid to be included in an updated video that i would love to see. Cheers and hope my review will help others

Hi Doctor Liebscher. I am a frequent Acid Reflux sufferer and I have been to different doctors seeking for GERD treatments where I am currently under medication with my next control by early next month. I already felt some improvements after taking a month of medication in June, now with my medication reduced due to improvements but also stress at work, I started showing acid reflux symptoms again such as heartburn at 4 AM and also bloating. I tried your technique yesterday and it did have a significant impact where I do not feel the pain of heartburn as before. Though I still feel some bloating or acidity in my mouth when waking up. I am trying to make your exercise a routine in the morning, afternoon and evening (10 times each session) while at the same time continuing the prescribed medication by my doctor.

Hello Liebscher & Bracht, I have been working on the breathing exercise in this particular video. I noticed that some of your other videos include an extra component where once you come up from bending over you are to hold your nose shut and mouth shut and attempting an inhale with both shut. Is the exercise still effective without the nose/mouth shut component after exhausting all the air? The exercise in this particular video is less difficult because you do not need to go as long without inhaling.

      Hi Ailyn! 🙂
Thank you for reaching out and for your question! 😊 Unfortunately, we can't give you any medical advice on it from a distance - sorry for that! We hope for your understanding! 🙏 We know it's natural to turn to medication if you're suffering, but it will only mask the pain and won't help to solve the underlying causes. Instead you should try our natural treatment approach to help reduce the symptoms easily and sustainably without any negative side-effects. 🙌🙂 Our exercises release any built-up tension in your muscles and fasciae of your diaphragm which are actually causing heartburn and acid reflux. Focussing on the underlying cause, this is why our therapy approach is so effective in the long run. You should definitely give them a try! 💪😊

It's acid reflux. Omeprazole keeps us sick. If you can, you need to try and get off it. Suppressing acid will never heal us we have to do this ourselves without medicine. It's because your liver is too hot (it needs to be hot to digest food but when our digestive system is out of whack it over heats and as you know heat rise (especially between one and 3am) Try a green powder mixed with warm water about an hour before bed and also eat cucumber and celery to keep your liver cool. There's a whole lot of other information but I feel like I'm stepping on someone else's toes.
