I'm coming round to the theory that the Chinese style of Governance is best where only one opinion is allowed. Democracy and its freedom of speech is far too messy. We need a system where the state, the media and the people are all goin in the one direction. We saw a classic example a few years ago of Hong Kong where the people were protesting and banging on about their freedoms and democracy. The Chinese Government wasnt long about clamping down on that nonsense and locking up the ring leaders. And now the Hongkong people are calm and keeping the head down . Bit like the way Starmer sorted out the riots in the UK. We have seen a similar approach here by the political and media establishment. We need to clamp down on peoples freedoms and their dangerous opinions cause we know what's best for the people.
You forgot one. Obviously enoch burke has made a strategic mistake in continuing to appear at the school when he has been dismissed from the school and a High Court order prevents him doing so. He and his family should focus their efforts on getting the court order struck down in the Supreme Court and/or European courts and get orders for a retrial. The Gender Recognition Act has many legal defects and there are many grounds to overturn it in the courts. How many genders are there ? are they all legally defined ? what happens when new genders are invented ? we have 60 genders recognized but this number is growing and new genders are being invented. As new genders are invented are they legally valid and scientifically valid ? On the subject of schools, the government has passed a new law to investigate sexual abuse of children in boarding schools and day schools, including Blackrock College, Clongowes Wood school etc. where the Judges, Barristers, Lawyers, Law Professors, TD's and elite of Irish society were educated over the last 70 years. Its very strange that these Judges, Barristers, Lawyers, Law Professors, TD's, and elite of Irish society never complained about or exposed or brought court cases or criminal cases against these abusers and criminals in schools. I await the replies and explanations of the Irish Judges, Barristers, Lawyers, Law Professors, TD's and elite of Irish society and whether they believe in the rule of law and Irish Constitution or lining their own pockets and ignoring these crimes.
@@terrygorry they can leap frog to Supreme Court. Different legal arguments and evidence would produce different results. Failure is not automatic or a forgone conclusion.

I'm surprised you don't get more comments about uploading the same video twice, once without picture.
I don't upload the same video twice. RUclips pulls in the audio file from my podcast on Spotify, the Irish Law and Small Business Podcast.
