@@sawm_rad yeah I feel they knocked it out of the park especially for the price. If they just put a hex nut hole on both sides it would be good. Also putting the corresponding quick release opening on the other side would be good.
@@soupnazi81 i just got a video from Bob today saying they're modifying the injection mold next week to add it on both sides after i told them about it. excellent stuff!!

Just curious, at the end you took it off the ball joint to store the mirror. Why not just use the quick release?
You can do this, but I am iffy about using the latch over and over. The ball joint is more robust in my opinion and will last longer.
