When CD gave so much credit to Evina, it certainly recalled to mind when Paige said she was the real MVP of the team.

"Mama E" is a smart, solid, terrific player. People were complaining when she went scoreless or scored few points, but they were ignoring her rebounding and assists.

She didn't fall for the trap question about telling the reporter what is holding back Syracuse- if she answered the queston, she would then disclose how UConn plans to attack them tomorrow.

Key to the game is to play smart physical defense without fouling. As UConn gets deeper into the tournament keeping CW and the bigs out of foul trouble is huge!!

I like this lady, and believe she’s a good coach but you could draw names from a hat to make the starting 5 and still win. UConn is so talented. There are a handful of teams that will challenge them but things will need to go near perfect for them to compete.

This "lady" that you like, happens to be in the Basketball Hall of Fame as an associate coach. You're right the team is very talented. Guess who decided who would be on the team? Having said these things, I think this UCONN team will have a very difficult time with Baylor in this bracket.

@@kayladossantos3535 sorry I didn’t know the “lady’s” name, didn’t think it was offensive, I suppose I could have said coach I also suppose you need to chill a bit. You’re nasty comment all because I referred to a woman I didn’t know as a lady. Think about that. That’s what got you worked up.

@@dwgherkemasnurdbird4803 not worked up. Her name is literally in the title of the video and she has earned the respect to be called by her name. Also noticed your other comment to someone else in which you sarcastically pose it's stupid of you to not know the name of "female" assistant coaches in the hall of fame. Not sure what her being a woman has anything to do with it, but that tells me about all I need to know

Whoever this reporter is, she is always trying to talk about inequalities and social justice issues, instead of basketball.
