Just the Vanilla Gorilla ruthless aggression reference takes this list to the next level! I wish I grabbed Atticus Doom but I was able snag Death Adder, good times ahead.
I got my T Rex for $11 after it wasn’t coming up on the system at Target recently that was the score of the decade!
I know Super7 Ultimates Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles had some major disappointments this year, but Muckman and Slash were amazing and would come close to topping my list. On the Transformers front though, along with TM2 Megatron, Beast Wars Tarantulas was superbly done. For Marvel Legends, the usual suspects (Spider-Man, Captain America, Lizard), with Shocker being the sleeper spectacular figure.
I love to see that Dave also displays RYV spiderman like me (with Ben Reileys eyes)

I didn’t realize this video was on the way when I made my Storm Shadow comment in an earlier video. He’s my only GI Joe Classified figure, and since GameStop is charging over $60 Canadian for Snake Eyes with Timber, he might stay that way. As I mentioned in the earlier video, I put him on a Maisto metal model kit Ducati and I love them together.

This is a great list, love the variety. Some figures on here I wanted, but just... the price, man. Headless Horseman, the Scarab, Ganz Boy, Atticus Doom, all figures I want. But the prices... they hurt. Definitely made me realise that 2023 would be my year of "quality vs quantity".

Great list Dave. I know that the Alley vipers accessories are exactly based on his vintage 3.75 version. Also that's a flashlight not a torch for Outback.

Oh Dave the pocket figure goes so much deeper. Check out Spector creatives video on them it changes your whole outlook on them.
I wish that Venom was a single release. I couldn’t justify the money for 2 other figures I didn’t really want.

The McFarlane megafigs usually have pretty disappointing articulation but the sculpting and fun factor are there. For better or for worse they remind me of getting those oversized toybiz toys when I was a kid, where the articulation was pants but they were just fun.
That diaper is abominable. Which is a shame, because the rest of the sculpt is pretty solid. And after Violator was so good too!
I’m commenting twice to say I love your Headless Horseman (I have to mention that on every reviewer’s list), and to compliment your final shot of all 25 together.

Psylocke isn't great, but the ML ones are bad enough that I got her anyway. I also picked up a cheap extra of the marvel select to see if I can make her legs shorter, as a better scaled version of that figure would mean I could probably sell the mafex one. I'm really hoping someone comes out with a Mandarin Psylocke.
I'll also disagree that you don't need the animated turtles. Nothing to do with having Antrax and Scumbug...but you need the turtles.
The NECA movie turtles are enough for me! :)

Some real good figures on this list mate. I'd have to include classified croc master, crimson guard and sergeant Slaughter, the McFarlane Bane, super 7 muckman and Valaverse Karak in my top figures of the year. I can't wait to see what the super 7 Antrax will look like.
Great ranking dave. Dr strange was a deluxe. He was 27 usd before the price increase as he was release in early of 2022.
I'm so glad I have no emotional connection to the gi Joe line as the figs are pretty great,I'm bad enough with DC and marvel and having to try and get them as well would drive me insane,lol. Ps. that flaming pumpkin head on the horse is amazing,so is multi arm tiger dude,very nice. All in all although I might not buy all the ones you picked but I can't fault your taste bud,not a bad choice among them,kudos David !! Damn,how could I forget to mention the Amazon gladiator chick,she's fantastic,and Atticus doom is a worthy pick at no1

If G.I. would make the movie characters just like the actions figures that would help the films. They are supposed to be bright just like super heroes only Snake Eyes belongs in all black.
