I have a doubt, if we choose BDA site with odd measurement, will we loose land that extra land that is over the even measurement ? Is it only option ?
Not sure why BDA is listing such sites and trying to price that odd space

No you will not loose. Odd measurement sites are always auctioned by BDA. So, once you get the site, the papers will clearly mention the total site area irrespective of what shape it is - rectangular, square or odd dimensions. No worries there! 2. To your second question, why BDA is listing such sites - large parcels of lands are acquired for layout formation and then sites are marked. So, invariably, there will be some odd sites that will result and be left over after marking all the regular sites, something similar to tailoring where you cut cloth.. there will be some wastage and some will be extra big pieces! Same here too and that will be auctioned. Hope it helps!
Thank you sir for your response, I meant though BDA will be registering total site measurement, me as a end user will not be able to construct on extra space beyond rectangle or square shape, so ultimately I am paying extra for that unusable portion of land though it is still mine

@@LokeshMR-k7p You will have approved house plan that will required set back etc. Remaining place can be used for gardening/small garage or similar. Nothing will go waste as that land you have purchased is yours! Even in Square or Rectangle regular sites, you have to leave some space isn't ?

No sir, it is Gopalan Groups Flat named.Gopalan Florenza.On Technology road in BSK 6th stage block 11(Srinivaspura).Besides Tata Service centre.

Yes go to 3rd block...and you can find many approved layouts...in my video when we are returning from 4th b block...I showed one such layout on right side. If lost...take a help of any agent there

1 to 6 block is relatively close to Kanakpura Metro line..
Sir, there's one corner plot in 7th block. It's a odd measurement site with 650 sqft. What is the best price in your opinion. It's a south East corner. 🙏 Your answer would be helpful for me to decide.
How much they are quoting? If u get it in the range of 6250 - 7250.. It would be a good deal provided papers are legally verified
@@explorewithnandagopalagent is quoting 65 lacs. So, I felt it is very high. It's an odd dimension corner site. Which measures only 12-13 ft in the front side of the plot.
@@sunshine7298 drop it.. Front only 12-13ft is not good for residential.. If it is commercial then may be we can have small shop but for residence it is not good. Also it is pricey.
