Not much has changed though the demolition of the identified properties have commenced. Many still are not willing for compensation /demolition.. the current MLA also met the residents and had some limited success. Long way to go.. do you have a property there or planning to buy?

Is it close to Hanuman swamy temple? if so, should be ok..but because of airport, the existing highways might be expanded to add more lanes .. that is something you might have to figure out .. if the property is not close to the highway, that should be safe.

No OC & CC will be given for B Khata. Also loans from banks are difficult but there are cases where some banks have issued loans at higher rate of interest and lot of conditions attached.

@@Lakshmanaswamy-d7iin fact bda sites used to be cheaper but first time in bda history, allottees returned back the site as bda priced it almost market price...but still from long term, if somebody has the money, buy bda sites inside City like bsk / anjanapura where almost similar price like npkl you can get a site!!

BDA sites always costs more because it's clear government documents, all bank's giving full loan. Even it's delayed all infrastructure will be provided including kaveri waters

@@karunakar8411 Yes.. Deccan Herald weekend classifieds is one option. Then websites like Nobroker.com, 99acres & similar sites will give direct owner listing. Other option is to go via brokers. In my video description, you can see some broker #.. you can try through them as well. Hope this clarifies!

​@@ET-si7rlit is a very nice but old area with all the facilities at a stone throw away. I was staying close to that place for a few years. But property prices aren't cheap as it is close to Indiranagar. If you can afford...then it is a great place!

Some buy knowingly because they have seen B khata change to A or E khata later by BBMP after paying betterment chgs etc. World always has people who take risk and who don't!! :)

The elevated section from Kalena Agrahara to Tavarekere is expected to open by September 2025 but this can change .. The underground section from Dairy Circle to Nagawara is expected to be ready by June 2026 but again this can change!

Which one .. there are multiple KHB layouts. Also, compared to BDA, KHB layouts have few issues - lack of proper infra/maintenance etc etc..

No formal update.. but from what we are hearing from ground, is lot of survey is on at Nelamangala and also one subscriber just informed me about notification for acquisition .. so looks like my first video input will be true..
