Harohalli is ruled out due to new Hosur Airport.
MB Patil also gave clue that they have to consider that inevitable Hosur International Airport.
Hosur Airport will be just 40km in STRR from Harohalli location.

Sir, offcourse nelamangala good location.
But innond news prakara Airport Authority has given permission to upgrade existing HAL airport to handle 40 lakh people/ year.
Already alli approx 3Km runway ide & located within city limits.
Traffic manage madidre HAL airport itself can be a second airport.
Constructing new airport needs lot of funds.
