    What is the development is going in 6th block and what is the price is going for 600 squre feet and nearest development in 6th block.

      It is very similar activities as you saw in 7th block.. rate is approx ranges from 6000-7000 as per the agents there.. you need to talk to couple of them to gauge a right price.

      Both are good but if you want to rent or commercial immediately then NPKL because shivaram karanath yet to start allotment

      All blocks are good but currently all blocks closer to Mysore road like 4, 5,6 and 7 are in demamd

      I guess you are asking of MAR road! Yes. once complete, it will be connecting Magadi road and Mysore road.

    Hi Sir, very nice video . really appreciate your effort. I am searching for one BDA site in this area. please give route map from where you started at Mysore road and ended in Magadi road ( pls give google map rout map if possible )

      Take Purple Line Metro. Get down at the last stop which is Challaghata. The layout entrance is just 100 mtrs away. If you drive yourself, then same entrance (there is a school at the entrance which you can see in my video).. that is the entrance which cross a railway track.. Once you are inside, ask anyone for MAR road (MAJOR Arterial road).. that road connect Magadi road with Mysore road. There are few deviations currently as some sections, work is in progress.

    Very good information, thanks. In ,B2 - 2508 site no near to Magadi road , no board is displayed . Can u please give me the Mb number of contact person for this enquiry. This is in lease period, alloted for sport person. I want to pay the tax. Office is there in Mysore road, newly shifted from Vijaya Nagar
