BENGALURU: The much-awaited allotment of sites at Dr Shivarama Karanth Layout will begin on January 25 with the invitation of applications. Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Wednesday said 10,000 sites will be opened for the public, while 9,500 sites will be earmarked for farmers who have surrendered their land for the layout. The cost has been fixed at Rs 4,900 per square foot.
Please make a video sector-wise and give your views and opinion on it. Also, please mention which sector holds the most promise for future investment over the next decade.
Hope you have seen my earlier detailed video where I drive to different sectors and my comments.. If you haven't, here it is ruclips.net/video/zH1zgFIqqFw/видео.html. To your second question, it depends where you are comfortable staying North Bangalore or West Bangalore. Some sectors are towards North and some towards West(Tumkur rd) but from relative potential perspective, the sites closer to Doddabalapura/Yelahanka road like Harohalli, Avalahalli, Ramagondanahalli, Kempanahalli, Jarakabande Kaval, Doddabettahalli, Vaderahalli, Veerasandra, Shamarapura etc should see good potential/appreciation!
I am planning to buy a plot from farmer who is compensated. What is ur opinion from safety wise. Do u have any groups/owners group for this shivram karanth layout

@@explorewithnandagopal I have sent you one email. Please check
Sir is it safe to buy one of the pre built property in karanth layout for which the bda has issued regularisation certificate?
Any prebuilt still needs full paper verification by a good lawyer and then it can be bought.

Absolutely no issues.. just engage a lawyer for paper verification and go ahead. All the BEST!
Ten more years will take it to develop
If now we apply..it will use for our grand children
Fact that this layout is almost within the city should help to come up much faster!
Poor farmers were cheated
All developments come with a price, unfortunately!
