      Yes.. DC will convert Agricultural land to non agricultural.. but layout must be approved by local planning authority.. else it's illegal..

    Just DC conversion and Ekhata is not enough, it should be approved from planning authorities like BMRDA or BBMP or BDA or DTCP with individual E khata for each and every sites, NOCs from BESCOM, KIADB, Panchayat and special acquisition department and clear title like no litigation ask for family tree of owner and signature from each and every individuals in sale and mother deed. And check for any liabilities like loan on the properties still pending or not and double check if the site is not sold to multiple people. Don't pay more than 5k for document verification. Make sure SBI funds for the loan. If not it is risky investment.

      Many projects in Bangalore are not RERA registered....

    I have purchased a 20*40 (white compound wall )site and the owner is a GEM 💎 person (puneet),he will provide all the docs whichever you ask for!! I bought in nov 2023 and saw instant development- it is a well framed layout with proper amenities...please go ahead with this layout!!

    Can u show the layout around Bannergaahtta/sarjapur/kodathi/varthur sir? U were showing more outcut of kannakapura and mysore road Nelemangalla nd peenya... Pz show in other areas. Bec most of the IT people are leaving in Bannergaahtta nd sarjapur...
