  • Second jump from Kjerpings today! Loving the visuals, this is my favorite tracking jump of Gudvangen... probably favorite of Norway!
Since some people asked me about the difficulty of the jump after the first video, here are some info.
    1) Hard facts
    +2m at -24m
    +35 at -289m
    +195m at -484m
    +445 at -689m
Laser measurements made this week by Antoine Laporte and Vincent Martinod who's reliabilities cannot be discussed.
    2) Personal comments
I haven't found any particular difficulty on that jump BUT the visuals inside the bowl could be a bit weird for people who have never jumped between two walls.
Also you want to push in the good direction (towards the edge of the left ridge), because if you push slightly more to the right it becomes way more agressive.
I'd say that if you're in your first season in an onepiece, or if you've only jump exits with really open visuals, leave it for next year. Aurlandsdalen could be a good training jump before going there.
For onepiece trackers with experience, this is a sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet jump with amazing visuals and good margin (I'm a pussy, I avoid hardcore stuff).
If you need second opinion Vincent and Antoine have tracked it as well.
