    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction 😡😡 with the recent flight experience of my brother on Turkish Airlines from Shiraz to Frankfurt on January 9, 2024. My brother bought a plane ticket from Shiraz to Frankfurt on January 9. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this office and the airport office of this company. At the time of check-in, we found out that tickets were sold more than the capacity of the plane and my brother was not boarded due to excess baggage. We immediately went to the airport office, but the staff was unresponsive and we were met with vague answers. All the employees of this office were very impersonal and disrespectful. Especially Ms. Esadi and Babakhani behaved very inappropriately. The original ticket price was 20 million tomans. The staff suggested to my brother to drop our complaint, and we will issue another ticket for you with 12 million on January 11. This behavior of theirs shows the company's disregard for customer satisfaction. This is the first and last time I will buy a plane ticket from this company.
