I do have a quick question with regards to network interference, can you please ask the Helium team if the miners (including validators) can cause any issues/interference with the Telecom networks? Especially with the growing demand of hotspots in all countries.
I'm sure akash could work but seems more economical to just deploy an AWS t2.xlarge running the validator docker container and be done with it. I suppose you find a decent server and maybe place it in a co-lo hosting facility to save a little money, difficult to know what kind of compute needs will be required.

You'll earn the same, it will just run more smoothly. Example, for the last 8-11hours we haven't earned anything cause of issues. Validators are needed as the Network grows.

I haven't looked into it. But you can read the description of it and see if it participates in Consensus or not. If it doesn't, then it's a light Hotspot like Kerlink from the Cal-Chip site

This sounds a bit aggravating... You have like 100k people on backorder myself included... Thousands invested... I invested after a lotttt of research.. Had friends and family invest... The primary reason was the consensus bonuses I've seen!! Don't think rug pulling these advertised rewards for hotspots is a good idea or at all how you should do your "people". Terribly let down with Helium over this.
At 38:09 Dal mentions 125,000 block cool-down. It is *250,000 block or 5 months Cool-Down.

You don't need a miner to be a Validator. You just need HNT.

7 miles is quite far. I'm sure others will come closer. You'd need a 5.8 or 8dbi and very high up. Also the other antenna will need to be higher up
What is HIGH ANTENNA: 5 mts? Also have same trouble with lots buildings & very narrow line of sight/ beware of scammers

Yeah that’s not a great idea. Whatever 8 miners are making now in a particular location... expect it to decrease by 90% within the next 8-12 months

How much will it cost stake?
10k helium minimum. Price of 16.47 per hnt . Your looking at well 164k. That's some serious coin
To have your own full Node, 10k HNT.
But you can stake all you want in a pool up to that.
