@@greenlandabuji7263 Gospel of John 17:22 “I have given them the glory you gave me, so they may be one as we are one.” Jesus gave his glory to his disciples so they can be one with God like him. How many Gods is that ??
The sayings by Christ, extracted from the Gospel according to John, are, beside being in their full form extraordinarily repetitive and even laborious, are no more than hearsay. If it was ever offered as eye-witness testimony then its validity falls upon barren ground.
Correct Here is the Simple answer You can read the mention 2 bible verses ,the 2nd Bible Verse gives the answer to the First bible verse mention below. It would be very wonderful if anyone who reads this would please pray for my mom. She had thyroid surgury recently. And lately shes been depressed. Having thoughhs of killing herself. She doesnt wanna turn to Jesus. Please pray she changes her mind ! Please please please help her !!
Don't worry God loves everyone even who hate him that is the special love of Lord Jesus Christ every thing will be alright in his presence I wish you should live happy with your mom I also pray for your mom's operation
Child Of the Most High God . What she prayed to jesus and it didn’t help? How would you look at it then ? What if she didn’t pray to jesus and she made it through? How would you look at it? It seems you want to believe so hard that no matter what happens god is great. I’m not religious by any means and I hope your mom will be ok. I lost my mom almost 2 years ago and it is painful. But I think putting faith into something that could never have a negative outcome is not a good way to live (because undesirable outcomes are never gods fault). If it is gods will then no matter how much you pray or ask for prayers, will not affect her outcome.
Bible says it rains on the just as well as the unjust. God's grace and mercy is extended to all. I pray that your mom will allow the love of God to enter her heart and that she will have peace of mind.
That’s the thing I can’t hate something I don’t believe in. I don’t hate leprechauns or unicorns because they don’t exist. I don’t hate the devil because he don’t exist. I don’t hate god because he don’t exist. This was the point I was trying to make, no matter what happens to his mom god will either be great (if she heals) or god wanted her in heaven (if she doesn’t make it). Seems like this god can do no wrong, no matter the heart ache he puts on peoples hearts. Seems a little silly to me, but I’m just using the brain this so called god gave me.
Yes AGREED. In his incarnation in FLESH, Jesus LOWERED himself to the status of a SERVANT. But in his very NATURE, he is DEITY. "Being in very nature God... he made himself nothing, by taking on the nature of a servant" (Philippians 2:8,7). "In Christ, all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form" (Colossians 2:9).
A Jehovah’s Witness brought this up to me once, and I replied that she was subordinate to her husband, but they were both still equally human. In the same way, Jesus voluntarily subordinated himself to his Father, but they both remain equally divine.

I've been following this series of questions from the audience member since the begining, I'd really LOVE to see the Q&A with this guy in is entirety!! He's obviously a smart guy and is asking pretty intelligent questions. Honestly this is the kind of resource that helps me the most when sharing my faith with unbelieving friends!
Jacob Fogg Man these christian speakers use this psychological trick on people. When someone ask a simple question, they give them a very complicated answer such so that the questioner gets tired and confused and doesn’t want to look like a fool for not understanding so they just say ok fine thanks for the answer and doesn’t insist. And to the public the speaker looks “intelligent” but no one really wants to question or doubt him. And the speaker is a professional at it never gives up. Very disappointing.
@Oftin Wong Please then explain why you reject Christianity and what is your belief then? We must first figure where your agenda to criticize comes from and then we can then answer your objections and or points of debate. If you are not willing to debate then why critic something you know nothing about? For instance, one cannot answer a person that accepts, Buddha, Hinduism and Islam or atheism in the same manner that you would be able to present Christ to an agnostic
@Oftin Wong I wasn't implying anything but was wondering on how to approach someone who dogmas a hate for something so callously. However I see your mind is made up and filled with hate so I will just move along as I couldn't possibly be the one who moves or opens a closed heart. So educated but understands nothing is a fool. Proverbs 18:2" A fool takes no pleasure in understanding. but expressing his opinion. Proverbs 26:9 "If a wise man has an argument with a fool, the fool only rages and laughs, there is no quiet. proverbs 28:26 "Whoever trusts in his own mind is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom (of the Lord) will be delivered. Proverbs 1:7 " The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, fools despise wisdom and instruction. Please understand that true Christianity is not a religion but a fellowship among those that have accepted Jesus Christ as the One true Savior of mankind. Until then, you do not understand Christianity or Jesus Christ.
@Oftin Wong If I cannot use the bible or Creation science to explain my opinion then why bother to debate. For a true debate on religion would never put such restrictions on free speech and defense of ones faith. For true Christianity is the Gospel of Christ. I suggest that saying that someone is not wise to defend Christianity shows utter contempt and a disregard for any one who believes. Most of the greatest minds known have believed in Christ or an intelligent designer to this world. Only Christianity explains a loving and a forgiving creator. Only Christianity explains that character in a GOD. My simple question is often used and thus greatly borrowed from Frank Turek himself; "would you accept Christianity if it was proven true? I do suggest that you please refrain from mocking others belief though. It will bring out a defense. Especially here at Cross Examined.
@Oftin Wong Do not cast pearls before swine. Meaning why waste my time with value with someone who would not appreciate it were they to share in it. It's not a sin to walk away from a argument with a close minded fools as I choose not to waste my time with the failed logic of self righteous people who judge others before they get to understand where their point is coming from. After all I gave you Bible verses earlier to prove my point in debating a brick wall. You never did answer my question though. "Would you accept Jesus Christ if He was to be proven to be the Truth, the Way, and the Life?" If you choose not to answer the question then feel free to remark in anyway you wish. For I will not answer you back until you answer my question. You didn't when any debate or prove a point. You did however show me just where some people stand on intellectual debate of Christianity and or Jesus Christ now! Now I know why free speech and practice of ones religion is being silenced in higher education places of learning. You can't argue the truth so they just silence it and try to remove it from record.
The son ALWAYS inherit the nature of his parents and because Jesus born of the Holy Spirit and a Human Mother, Jesus is FULLY Divine (Spirit) and FULLY Human (Flesh)
@YJ Why do you quote only those scriptures that support your position while completely ignoring the ones that don't... That's called being disingenuous.
"Flesh" does not dwell in the Heavens. And Jesus was "Born" a human being...Not a GOD. And Scripture does NOT say he "INHERITED" a Divine Nature---Scripture says, he was "Given," not only the "Holy Spirit,' but, "All Power and Authority." So, if Jesus is LITERALLY GOD---how do we explain these things?
Read Colossians 1:14-16. Doesn’t matter God can be in a billion different places but he’s 100% there. God made us in the image of Jesus. We are visual creatures so we need to see our God which is why he created Jesus (Colossians 2:9.) He’s 100% in Jesus and 100% with you even though he’s with other people at the same time.

Hello listen to what I have to say I was lost to sin and followed the world but at 12 year's of age a few months ago I was saved from the pits of hell by Jesus Christ and now have given my life to him. Accept the gift of God Which is life everlasting after death we humans have done wrong and have sinned and all deserve hell. But God(being Jesus his Son) in his Mercy and Love died on a Cross so that our debt that sends us to Hell may be paid in full because Jesus was Perfect and did no wrong and died and suffered because of his Love. Pray to Jesus to be born again and to be given a new life that serves him alone not yourself or the devil but instead Jesus and ask to be given contrition meaning guilt for all your sin an then ask for forgiveness of your sin from Jesus Christ and repent and start learning more about him and his Father and the Holy Spirit by reading the Bible an praying start reading the new Testament and then the old Testament in the Bible start going to a Church weather it be Orthodox Catholic or Protestant and be Baptized and keep praying to God in truth and Spirit
I've seen many people trying to answer this question with so many zigzags along the way, but this is the most no-nonsense, clear and concise response! Well done!
Many times the desciples asked Jesus "show us the father", Jesus said, "If you have seen me, you have seen my father, so why do you say to me show us the father. Don't you know that I and my father are one." Jesus also said that "No man can know whether it is the father speaking at a given moment or when it is the son speaking, except it is revealed to him by God." A perfect example is when Jesus said to Peter, "Flesh and blood has not revealed this to you but the Spirit of my father." Also remember that the Word of God came out from (proceeded or was begotten by) God. Some times I have this thoughts that they are similar in appearance.
@Vindya Fernando "It was Jesus who says so" Exactly! And Paul was directly taught by Jesus Christ, who revealed himself to him, and that's how Paul became OUR Apostle. We get our Doctrine by his letters, and he is our example in this Dispensation of Grace.
@@fsdfmsbcxx I'm confused about what is the difference between apostle and prophet in christianity. Because from my point of view .. basicly you are saying Paul is a christian prophet ? coz being a prophet or navi (in judaism) means someone who chosen by God to receive His revelation, commandmends and truth to proclaim and teach it to other humans while some being empowered with miracles and powers from God as a prove that he really is from God. So by that definition .. Paul seems to me fit to be called a christian prophet or a prophet for the gentiles. But some christian seems to hesitate to call him a prophet but majority seems to settle with him being called an apostle. While studying from his history & actions and how the christian follower's reaction toward his teachings make it obvious to me that he really is a prophet for the christian people especially trinitarian christian. If that so .. doesnt it a proper thing for the christian to analyze if Paul really a reliable source of revelation from God ? To determine if he wasnt a false prophet as Jesus warn us about ? Because from the bible itself we can find that the other of Jesus Disciples doesnt agree with many of Paul's teaching which he claim as a new revelation from Jesus (which is god .. after his ascension). I think this is an important point to determine ... because many of the main understanding for the christian nowadays are coming or derived for what Paul teach in his letters that then become cannonized gospel of the modren bible .. and all christian claim to believe in the bible as a true revelation and commandments from the God .. and this is definately no joke whatsover .. dont you think ?
The complete verse says: Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. Explanation: why Jesus and disciples should rejoice? Because Jesus having limitations as an incarnate son/man, now going to heaven to become as power as the father. Actually It confirms Jesus divinity rather than humanity, only if we read the context not just the text.

I think that their scriptures are according to the father plan. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have eternal life. yes great point! Also when i looked up the Greek word and thought about other verses to supply context and not contradict other concepts previously taught and prayed about it I also was shown that the son was lower in location at that point in time for 30 years, temporarily on the created earth while the father was still higher up positionally in the 3rd heaven. And the son lowered himself voluntarily in office, taking on a lower position for 30 years while he humbled and emptied himself of all power amd position of authority as He said he came not to do anything of his own will but only of the father's who sent him as an apostle to do a necesssry mission. He was then made lower than the angels even as other scriptures say. The Father has stayed in the highest position until He transfers all power and all authority over to His Son bc of doing so great a work of perfrction in pure righteousness in becoming poor so that his sinful creatures might become rich after He lived out our duties without a sinlge failure in our place, redeeming all flesh us for 30 years in which we are saved then dying in our places taking away our infinite criminal debts against an infinite and just judge! The father gives over all of His authority and power but then in even more honor and humility he gives it all right back to His father after all things are put under his feet! Exactly, Geoff Nelson. Sometimes taking the Word of God for exactly what it says is much easier than trying to make it fit with our "mysterious" theology.
He meant it just as he stated. The world will know this truth soon. All who degraded my Father will suffer the repercussions of their actions. And Jesus on that day will say, "Away from me evil doers, I do not know you!" My Father is God and Jesus is my brother. We were created by our Father and we are his most treasured sons because we treasure our Father. There are more of us around than people know, but we prepare the world for the return of our Messiah, so he may ready the world for the coming of our Father's Kingdom. All are lesser than God and his power unmatched. Jesus fears God, as do I because we know his truth.
“Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.” Philippians 2:5-8 NKJV Consider and meditate on this.
It actually says from Greek translation that even though he existed in God's form, or spirit, he did not consider equality something to be grasped. So many bibles twist the words of that scripture to follow a narrative. Translation other than version is generally the way to study. Brings to mind of one spirit that did consider or desire equality with God. Give u one guess
Mr Nice Guy Spiritually speaking, Jesus has the same divine nature as the father. He existed before the beginning of time with the father. So, from that standpoint, he is God. Only thing close to explain it is, human beings have the same nature as their parents, but ARE NOT equal to them in many ways (authority, position, etc).
@@mrniceguy3006 can I suggest some other script to meditate on Heb.1 and pay close attention to vs3 and then before you get hung up on vs8 read vs9 and reference 1Cor.8:5,6 and let me know what you think.
And when Jesus tells us that we can do greater things than he has shown, he's trying to let us know that we all have a divine nature, he's just more in tune with his then we are with ours. I'm glad to hear that he didn't say that Jesus Christ and God the Father were one in the same being. Jesus never said such a thing nor did he ever imply such a thing.
Not exactly what he meant, yes we all as believer in him Have been given the Spirit which creates a new nature, but we are not perfected nor has the totality of being divine in position and office the same as him. He is Lord and High priest and all things were made through him and for him, he is Aleph and the Tav! The greater works are not superior to the one who gives in us to work his works or supersede his ability and supply of the Spirit. For in Christ had the Spirit without measure! What is intended in the saying;" greater works ye shall do than these" is in the scope of numbers. Ultimately it is the Father who draws men to Christ and the gospel through the Spirit brings conversion by the blood and word!
Simple answer. Jesus is not the Father because even Jesus makes the distinction but He did say Him and the Father are ONE and that ALL authority has been given to Him by the Father. Also all the attributes that was given to God was also given to Jesus for example Jesus can forgive sins, He is to be worshipped, He is the creator of things. He sits on His throne to rule. So yes we humans try and understand the Godhead which is a spiritual thing with the limits of a physics based understanding. 14:8 Philip said, "Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us." 14:9 Jesus answered: "Don't you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, 'Show us the Father'? (Shalom)
Not an exact quote, but this is what I typed down real quick: >> Greater in office, not in essence. My earthly father is greater than me because he’s my father, but we’re equally human beings. Jesus had a lesser office in His human nature than the Father in His divine nature. In His human nature here, the Father is greater than Him, but He still has a divine nature as well. Jesus has a divine nature and human nature.
I think its also important to understand that symbolically the father represents the divine and Jesus the flesh. So in other words we should remember to submit our fleshy nature to our divine. Just simplifying the teaching.
God honors his word like him self but the word comesfrom God's mouth. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,... John 1:1, 14 KJV
And the word Jesus was with Jehovah. John 1: 1,2... Women are in union with men, men are in union with Jesus and Jesus is in union with our Father who is in heaven. 1 Corinthians 11:3 But I want you to know that the head of every man is the Christ; in turn, the head of a woman is the man; in turn, the head of the Christ is.. God. John 17: 21 Jesus said: so that they may ALL BE ONE, just as YOU, Father, are in union with ME and I am in union with YOU, that they also may be in union with US, so that the world may believe that YOU SENT ME. 22 I have given them the glory that you have given me, in order that they may be one just as WE ARE ONE. - Our Father who is in heaven YHWH Jehovah love the world so much, that he sent his only begotten son Jesus.

I wonder when jesus comes down again, will it be another mysterious magical impregnating or will it be through what all of human kind has ever witnessed.....through natural sexual acts.
Simple answer. Jesus is not the Father because even Jesus makes the distinction but He did say Him and the Father are ONE and that ALL authority has been given to Him by the Father. Also all the attributes that was given to God was also given to Jesus for example Jesus can forgive sins, He is to be worshiped, He is the creator of things. (Shalom)
@Robbie Stones U are misunderstanding me. I meant the man is saying that, not jesus. When u read the bible, it doesn't say that Jesus is coequal to God or he is God. ref: Act 2:22, John 5:30. and many more.
Even without the flesh, the Father is still greater than Jesus in their God head state. What makes the Father greater than Jesus even when they are both God? It's because Jesus is the Son. And the Son is not greater than his Father. He was already the Son of God even before he was brought to the earth. Hebrew 1:5. And when they were creating the world, the Son is already with the Father. Proverbs 8:27
@Daddy Pound @Daddy Pound And the messiah cant be anyone, but to Jesus alone. Hebrew 10:5 says When Jesus entered the world, God had prepared for him a body. So it cant be anyone because that body was prepared by the Father for the Son alone.
Because Jesus was in flesh, and flesh is lower than Spirit. Hebrews 2:9 -- "But we see Jesus, Who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that He by the grace of God should taste death for every man." The flesh is lower than the angels. Paul goes into a little more detail below: Philippians 2:5-11 -- "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus, Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God, but _made Himself of no reputation,_ and took upon Him _the form of a servant,_ and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, *He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death,* even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a Name which is above every name: That at the Name of JESUS _every knee should bow,_ of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father." 1 Timothy 3:16 -- "And without controversy _great is the mystery_ of godliness: *God was manifest in the flesh,* justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory." --- Because of His Love for us, He *chose* to humble Himself and enter flesh, which is inferior to Spirit, just so He could sacrifice Himself for us, to save us. Jesus is not in a lower form of Deity in any way though. Note the "great is the *MYSTERY* of godliness" ? God has more than One Form and can do multiple tasks at once! :) This is a *mystery* to our minds because we're only flesh and blood, and cannot be multiple forms at once.
@@renitv I also find it interesting how people respond when politely pointing out such inconsistencies... Jesus was also speaking as a man. The Jewish Messiah has to speak like that. Philippians 2:6-8, John 1, Colossians 1:15 all affirm the deity of Christ.
Just remember this. Jesus laid everything to become human just for us. When Jesus spoke of the Father is greater than him, the Father is the only true God, only God is good, etc, etc... Jesus needed us to understand who he is by glorifying the Father. When we call upon Father God, we are exactly calling upon Jesus as the Son God (Son of God) as well.

@Faisal Siraj You won't be able to fathom the mystery of godliness by yourself unless Jesus through the Holy Spirit reveals it to you. That's why Muslims and other unbelievers find it difficult to grasp the trinity when in fact it's easy for Christians to understand. I don't think God will be worth it of our worship if we could describe him by our own intellect. Matthew 11:27 All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him. Those are not words of just a mere prophet.
I believe this is the SPEAKERS interpretation! You heard Me Tell you, ‘I am going away, and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would have rejoiced, because I am going to the father, for the Father is greater than I. He (Jesus) is going BACK to the Father... Back, meaning previous place which to me implies he may have always existed as the son of God. John 1:18 No man has seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him. To go back to the Father means he (Father) was always greater than Jesus in terms of authority! I do believe The Father=God and He is greater than Jesus. However, I do believe without Jesus nothing is possible! The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit all have roles and work together for the good of everything. But this is my belief. Please pray and ask that the father reveals things for you and me as well. God bless you all.
@@Bazakilouis something I've considered recently is the reference to "our image". Since clearly we are both female and male, does this reference suggest God has a female counterpart, a Godess?
@@Bazakilouis An image is a physical representarion of the unseen. When God is saying let US. and when He says WE He is talking to himself. The idea and thought exists first before it is spoken. We do the exact same thing. We manifest our thought to ourselves before we act on them. We also speak to ourselves just like our heavenly Father. Also notice that scientists declare that someone that talks to themself has high intelligence and is healthier then someone who doesn't plan their thought and actions and someone that doesn't uplift themselves with their words. Well guess where we get this from? God.
Matt Rector As I grow in my faith I tend go back and often find little gems like this, and also wonder too about them. For me “Our Image” hasn’t been clear until I had revelation that there was more than just the Father present in the beginning. The Father speaking, The Holy Spirit hovering over the water, and The Son beside the Father for me clears up the “Our” part mention early in Creation. Scripture to support the Son Of God’s existence before creation. “Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad. Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham? Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.” John 8:56-58 Here’s it’s saying that Jesus existed way before Abraham “This truth gives them confidence that they have eternal life, which God-who does not lie-promised them before the world began.” Titus 1:2 NLT To have promised eternal life before the world began means to me that Jesus existed in some state, I’m not sure of what form. But to have a savior beforehand seems premeditated and planed. Which is why when he says he returns to the Father makes a lot of sense. “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness” Genesis 1:26 KJV Is there any scripture to help support the idea of a Goddess type? I can see your logic behind the thought. According to Genesis 2:20-23 “And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him. And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.” Genesis 2:20-23 Woman was only created to help Adam and share companionship. From Adam she was created. I believe if there was a Goddess type of being God would’ve created both male and female at the same time. Just my view I thank any and everyone of you. Much love and respect. Please share your thoughts and pray for me. As I will for you. God Bless

Why? Because Jesus is not the Father he’s the son. He comes from the father he is not the father. God gave us an easy example of relationship between father and son so that we can completely understand why make it complecated ? He is the son and he’s also the father? Don’t make sense to me.

Although Yes they are all God one The Father has a higher Authority than both The Holy Spirit and The Son. They are all equal in who they are but not in what role they play as the trinity
It's good stuff to.ponder, the only difference I would take would be that it was due to Jesus being human. The Trinity (set aside the incarnation) carries with it certain inherit roles The Father SENT the Son, so he was submissive BEFORE he came flesh, and the Son SENT the Holy Ghost when he left (John 14:16) So it has nothing to do with Christ becoming man, and more to do with Christ's role in the eternal Godhead.
@@indydrummer101 Philippians 2:6 "Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God". This verse says Jesus was equal to God. My wife "sent" me to the grocery store to pick up milk. She is not greater than I am. We are equal in Gods eyes. Here is something interesting regarding the Trinity: Acts 5:30 "The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree". This says God the Father (the God of Abraham) raised Jesus from the dead. John 2:19 "Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up:. That verse Jesus is saying He will raise Himself from the dead. Romans 8:11 "But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you." This verse is saying the Holy Spirit raised Jesus from the Dead. They are all equal, all One God, with no lessors.
Good response. I would add that Jesus is always pointing back to the Father, in a manner that we are to worship God alone, and not the man Jesus of Nazareth. That is why Jesus said "No one is good except God alone."
Actually, no. "Jesus is Lord"... Who says this? God is worshipped in nearly every religion out there but that doesn't mean that those worshippers know Jesus. If you want to know Jesus than you better get into a relationship with him, which requires worship of him. Otherwise Jesus himself will say, "depart from me, I never knew you...". Get to know Jesus. Worship Jesus
I can appreciate and respect what you are saying, but your response to me is out of context with what the young man is asking. I agree, salvation is by faith alone in Christ alone. But worship of Jesus in a catholic since is wrong. Which circulates back to what I previously stated. Jesus is not God, God is Jesus. So again, worship God alone. Jesus is my Savior and only hope of salvation, and my conduit and access to the throne of God. We pray to God, LORD, Father, in Jesus Name. We don't pray to Jesus in Jesus Name. Which circulates back to what I previously stated. Hope that clears it up for you.
@@Steve-qr2lm Not really an interesting way. Let's look at it logically. If God is Jesus and God is 3 persons, it follows that Jesus is the 3 persons of the Godhead. But Christians say that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are distinct. It doesn't add up logically.

But remember he was the Elohim (God manifested in human body. Because he said also " I and my father we are one" or my father is in me and I'am in my father" . Here he was speaking as the Elshadai. It means in his attribute of the fatherhood. Jesus is the father is the son and is the holy ghost. "Three manifestation of one God" not three Gods or three in one God. But one God which manifested him self as the father in heaven, as the son on earth and as the holy Ghost in his church.
Jesus prayed to his Father. Jesus even said at Matthew 6:9, "OUR Father in the heavens....". What about his prayer to his Father before and during his sacrifice? So, are Trinity believers saying that Jesus prayed to himself and answered his own prayers? Oh, one more thing, God loved us so much that he GAVE his only begotten Son. John 3:16, 17. Verse 17 says God SENT his Son. Can you give up your son or send your son somewhere and then call you and son the same person? Now, I do believe that Jesus perfectly reflected his Father and did the will of Yahweh. Therefore, we must follow Jesus and pray to the same Father that Jesus taught his disciples to pray too.

And a solid counterpoint would be to ask the Muslim if the Quran is greater than Allah. Since the Quran is eternal and uncreated, just like Allah, you have a dilemma. Either the Quran is a separate God since it shares exclusive traits of deity, or like the doctrine of the Trinity there can be distinction within the same essence.
The quran is Allah's literal words... All of the attributes of Allah, may He be exalted, are uncreated; they are eternal, with no beginning. The words of Allah are among these attributes, and that includes the Qur’an. Therefore the scholars said that the Qur’an is not created, because it is the words of Allah, and that is one of His attributes
@@kjvacp what does this even have to do with the quran being created or not? And yes we do believe that the real torah, psalms and the real gospel of Jesus are also the uncreated words of God so what?

@Joaquin Marti you sir are not saved because you practice the old testament law for Salvation. The new testament teaches the law was replaced with grace by jesus.we don't sacrifice animals because he fullfiled it.we don't tithe because we he replaced it with offering. We don't call a building the church because the doctrine for church is people only not a temple or building and to call one that is sin. You are right every denomination is wrong because they all teach tithing and the church can be both building and people, this is why the father says let us worship in spirit and truth. So the church can only be the people. If you obtain salvation any other way then grace only then your not saved.....

To REALLY understand what Yehoshua/Jesus was saying, you must first understand the language of Hebrew that these words were spoken. The word used there for Father in Hebrew is Ab and it means (the strength of the house., also the bud or the shoot) The word for greater in Hebrew is gadol and it means ( first, ancient , significant , original, large, powerful,)etc. and that word for the phrase " than I " is mimeni and it means (from, by reason of or out of me.) Thus Yehoshua is saying that "The Original Power source is by reason of me" or " by reason of me, the budding, the growth will be significant" Yehoshua is expressing that through His crucifixion that It will generate a powerful, significant growth, or budding in The Kingdom. Thus , when Yehoshua says in that same verse " I go to the Father, in Hebrew He is saying " I go to empower the budding, the growth of The Kingdom. Because every time a person is born again according to Acts 2:38 then The Kingdom of G-D is expanded. Yehoshua was talking about His dieing when He said " I go away" He was telling the disciples that He MUST die so that He can bring us back to life. For in Adam we all died, But in Christ we are all made alive again. You all will find that Hebrew is like a multidimensional language. English is a very crude language only invented around the 1300's and it has 26 letters that don't mean anything but a sound. Whereas Hebrew has 22 letters and EACH LETTER consist of multiple meaning. This is why it seem in English that Yehoshua/ Jesus is referring to another entity, But in Reality the original Hebraic Meaning one can see that He is referring to Himself. I pray I have helped in your understanding. And Remember Acts 2:38 is the keys to being Born Again. Not Roman's 10:9 . Because the book of Romans was written to saints, folk who were already born again. It tells you that in that 1st chapter of Roman's. But Paul was just encouraging the saints of what to do if you sin after being born again. He says to confess that sin verbally, with your mouth and believe in your heart that Christ's atoning Blood can wash you clean of that stain and thereby saving you. Saving you from what? You're probably asking. Saving you from the wrath of G-D that comes on G-D's children who are disobedience. This is where the Scripture comes in " by Grace are you saved" Because Grace is G-D's unmerited favor to us, when we repent of sin, He "SAVES us from His Wrath. You see Grace saves a repented saint from wrath, but being born again according to Acts 2:38 saves us from eternal damnation, Also being born again according to Acts2:38 and John 3:5 gives us entrance into The Kingdom of G-D.
Everything you have said is true...it saddens me that you see Christ, our brother in the congregation, yet set the distance He closed by coming to us in that you write 'G-D'...We are made holy in Christ, say his name as found in Exodus 6:3 and let your Father love you. I will pray for you.
@King Amen-Tut-Ankh your religion has your mind twisted , Jesus is not ra or none of your gods , He is the Creator of all things , and all things are His , Amen Jesus is the Truth and the Eternal life Amen
Dennis King: In the Original Hebrew language Exodus 6:3 was written in is YHVH. There were no letter "J" until about 1500 AD. And the letter "J" still does not exist in the Hebrew language okay. And it would have been nice to ask why I write G-D, instead of making an assumption, my friend. You see in Hebrew there are no vowels okay. Also out of Reverence for The Most High I wrote it thus. For there are many entities that folk call gods But there is ONLY ONE TRUE G- D. And His given Name to us as a man is Yehoshua, meaning The Power of G- D unto Salvation

How can a confusion be great? Just asking.
We must understand the truth that Jesus is fully God and fully man. He is and will always be eternal God and forever a man.
That was Paul who said not Jesus
@Vindya Fernando first learn about how the Bible was written and who is the author. Jesus time he did went around with the gospel.
@Vindya Fernando
"It was Jesus who says so"
Exactly!
The complete verse says:
Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.

why Jesus and disciples should rejoice? Because Jesus having limitations as an incarnate son/man, now going to heaven to become as power as the father. Actually It confirms Jesus divinity rather than humanity, only if we read the context not just the text.

yes great point! @Dan M that did not come from a scripture in the Bible and if it doesn't come from the Bible it's not worth my time. Sola scriptura. The word of God is sufficient to explain our faith. There is no "mother" that we pray to or "mother" that saves us. We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ and the Apostle Paul clearly taught justification by faith in Christ. It is in the name of Jesus that we find salvation and forgiveness and healing and hope for our soul.

After Jesus restores paradise for this earth and brings humans back to a perfect state, Jesus HANDS OVER the rule of this earth to his God, Jehovah. Then Jesus, now a mighty angel, will, along with ALL CREATION come under God's guardianship.
1 Corinthians 15:24 Next, the end, when HE HANDS OVER THE KINGDOM TO HIS GOD AND FATHER, when he has brought to nothing all government and all authority and power. 25 For he must rule as king UNTIL God has put all enemies under his feet. 26 And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing. 27 For God “subjected all things under his feet.” But when he says that ‘all things have been subjected,’ it is evident that this DOES NOT INCLUDE the One who subjected all things to him. 28 But when all things will have been subjected to him, then THE SON HIMSELF WILL ALSO SUBJECT HIMSELF to the One who subjected all things to him, that God may be ALL THINGS TO EVERYONE.

Exactly. I like your phrase, “philosophical gymnastics.”
He meant it just as he stated. The world will know this truth soon. All who degraded my Father will suffer the repercussions of their actions. And Jesus on that day will say, "Away from me evil doers, I do not know you!"
My Father is God and Jesus is my brother.

Spiritually speaking, Jesus has the same divine nature as the father. He existed before the beginning of time with the father. So, from that standpoint, he is God.
Because Jesus was in flesh, and flesh is lower than Spirit.
Hebrews 2:9 -- "But we see Jesus, Who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that He by the grace of God should taste death for every man."
The flesh is lower than the angels.
Paul goes into a little more detail below:
Philippians 2:5-11 -- "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus, Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God, but _made Himself of no reputation,_ and took upon Him _the form of a servant,_ and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, *He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death,* even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a Name which is above every name: That at the Name of JESUS _every knee should bow,_ of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father."
1 Timothy 3:16 -- "And without controversy _great is the mystery_ of godliness: *God was manifest in the flesh,* justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory."
---
Because of His Love for us, He *chose* to humble Himself and enter flesh, which is inferior to Spirit, just so He could sacrifice Himself for us, to save us. Jesus is not in a lower form of Deity in any way though. Note the "great is the *MYSTERY* of godliness" ? God has more than One Form and can do multiple tasks at once! :) This is a *mystery* to our minds because we're only flesh and blood, and cannot be multiple forms at once.

Why? Because Jesus is not the Father he’s the son. He comes from the father he is not the father. God gave us an easy example of relationship between father and son so that we can completely understand why make it complecated ? He is the son and he’s also the father? Don’t make sense to me.
God is spirit!!! God was inside Jesus, in the cross, did God die? Nooo!!! The flesh died not the spirit. God is One ☝🏼 God became flesh for 33 years and showed us the way, Isaiah52:6 says that he was going to come to earth Himself. The only Supreme, Strong, and Wonderful God!!!

him also God. If you were born in royal family they dont call you pheasant right? But there is only One god the father the creator of all you are right that he is the only one and no one is above him.But he give us his son it’ his words who become flesh. You worship the son is like you also worship the father because son comes from the father and father give authority to his son. Do you have problem with that? The Trinity (set aside the incarnation) carries with it certain inherit roles The Father SENT the Son, so he was submissive BEFORE he came flesh, and the Son SENT the Holy Ghost when he left (John 14:16)
So it has nothing to do with Christ becoming man, and more to do with Christ's role in the eternal Godhead.

1. Lowered Himself to a fleshly body 2. Demonstrating Respect and Humility
Sounds terrible if I may say so.
The bible clearly states that God's son emptied himself of his spirit form and became human.
Philippians 2:7 No, but he emptied himself and took a slave’s form and BECAME HUMAN,
God SENT his son (Galatians 4:4). Lowering himself sound blasphemous.
Just a thought.
Malachi 3:6 “For I am Jehovah; I DO NOT CHANGE.
When Jesus said his father is greater than him , his was speaking as the son of God and the son man . But remember that's are his attributes in the work of redemption.
False. Most of what you said. Convoluting a very simple concept.

If that happens, know, remember this post and return to Christ for redemption!
in fact, you are not the first person to argue with me here. The other guys saw sense and stopped because Islam is a religion of satan to deceive people to die without redemption.
Sir ... You are clearly wrong. They are not the same person. This will clearly sum it up for you and hopefully you will look closely at this scripture concerning the end and who will rule over us all. 1 cor 15:24 and down.. Then comes the end, when he delivers the kingdom to God the Father after destroying every rule and every
authority and power. For he must
reign until he has put all his enemies
under his feet. The last enemy to be
destroyed is death. .l??l For "God has put
all things in subjection under his feet."I
But when it says, "all things are put inl
subiection," it is plain that he is excepted
who put all things in subjection under
aim When all things a :Rdilillq tqeltol
him, then the Son himself will also bel
subjected to him who put all things inl
;ubjection under him, that God may be
all in all.H
Serve GOD and worship him alone.
Excellent answer in one word
U r a blessd man of God
To REALLY understand what Yehoshua/Jesus was saying, you must first understand the language of Hebrew that these words were spoken. The word used there for Father in Hebrew is Ab and it means (the strength of the house., also the bud or the shoot)
The word for greater in Hebrew is gadol and it means ( first, ancient , significant , original, large, powerful,)etc.
and that word for the phrase " than I " is mimeni and it means (from, by reason of or out of me.)
Thus Yehoshua is saying that "The Original Power source is by reason of me" or " by reason of me, the budding, the growth will be significant" Yehoshua is expressing that through His crucifixion that It will generate a powerful, significant growth, or budding in The Kingdom.
Amen Glory to God our Savior Jesus Christ Amen
Everything you have said is true...it saddens me that you see Christ, our brother in the congregation, yet set the distance He closed by coming to us in that you write 'G-D'...We are made holy in Christ, say his name as found in Exodus 6:3 and let your Father love you. I will pray for you.
@King Amen-Tut-Ankh your religion has your mind twisted , Jesus is not ra or none of your gods , He is the Creator of all things , and all things are His , Amen Jesus is the Truth and the Eternal life Amen
@@dennisking4589 read ISAIAH 9 :6 ,7
Jesus is God
Good answer. Amen
That is such a BS answer. God has an office? Does He commute or is that a home office?
Wow, someone doesn't understands typology and takes everything literally. Good luck with that attitude! Specially in these times ;)
