Here's a simple tour of a 1 Bedroom, condominium unit that is just 23 square meters in space. The size is very ideal for single occupancy although it could also be a livable space for young couples/newly married partners.
My husband and I purchased this unit last 2011. It is our first property investment. It was turned over in 2015 and it's only this year that we have decided to finally renovate the unit with the intention of either renting it out to interested individuals or to sell it.
We sought the professional services of Architect Leng S. Berdin of Urban Scope Designs. Although executed during the period of lockdown and quarantine due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the renovation fit out went on smoothly and without any hassle. We didn't even had to visit the unit while it was being worked on. Everything was executed by our Architect, from the layout, construction, interior design and procurement of everything you see in the unit. She did a wonderful job and we're very satisfied.

The glass partition can have curtains or blinds to provide some privacy..just a suggestion 😊👍
The best thing I love about this is that glass partition. What people forget about condo living is when you cook, the smell can linger for a very long time and that partition will make sure the cooking smell doesn’t stick to your bed which can be annoying.

Love the makeover. I have a 42sqmeter condo, 1 bdrm, 11/2 bath,with a nonfunctional storage/pantry that definitely need a makeover, located minutes from airport. I will definitely keep this in mind.

Great Design for 23 SQM Condo, love the color scheme.
Ang ganda ng design, it didn't look masikip.💗 Pwede palang malaking couch sa ganyan na tiny space. I love it.
If you want privacy in the bedroom you can put a see-through curtain. It will still be light. Also, a storage under the bed for linens, which are bulky, is very handy.
The glass partition saves electricity for the aircon when the occupant is sleeping. The padded wall decreases noise transmission (adds privacy).
How is having a glass partition save electricity when the occupant is sleeping?

Nice and we'll organized🥰. Siguro for the bedroom, you can also put a narrow long table on the glass wall and put a big flower base using artificial flowers to cover and to have a little privacy 🥰. Thanks for sharing your video.

The dining area could have been the same sized table on caster rollers, that they could pull out from it's spot when dining with more people, and then push back to its spot when done, or when just dining for two or one.

I agree, should have been lower, could roll in front of sofa and seat six if it was on of the tops that doubles in size.
We naman. We own a spanish colonial house in iloilo. And we naman did not regret na wag baguhin yung interior nya. Nirestore namin sya lahat original walang binago and budget is 1M. Pero feeling mayaman ulit kami dahil ang ganda ng kahoy na narra pati yung mga furniture. So mas maganda pa din ang mga sinaunang bahay kaysa sa mga modern homes.
Been living in my "minimalist" unit for almost a year now. Seeing this makes me want to invest in some refuebishments.

My kuya also has a space there in Jazz and I always gets uneasy everytime I visit him dahil ang sikip sikip. I never knew someone can transform that tiny space into a very homey and spacious looking unit. Great job!

Very nice. I would have kept a very small washer in the bathroom, always a plus to be able to do some laundry without having to go to a laundromat.

The problem with SMDC is you can't hang clothes outside if you have balcony. So if you wash your beddings, you have to sampay it inside. But if your washing machine is dual purpose dry and clean, then walang problema. I once hang clothes in my balcony in Light Residences and i got 500 pesos fine. The guards are roaming around 24/7. 😂

Hello. Thank you for watching and I am glad that you appreciate the transformation. The ceiling was originally higher. Our Architect wanted to install more aesthetic lights that's why she had to install a secondary ceiling to accommodate the mounting of the lights and ceiling fan since SMDC does not allow direct installation on the original ceiling.

Of all the houses for sale that I have visually toured on You Tube, this is the fastest viewing I have experienced. From the entrance to the kitchen, living area, bedroom to the bathroom, wow! I have never experience breathing difficulty. But would it be okay if I must ask how much the total cost you paid for the entire interior construction & set-up including Architect's fee? I am planning to buy one condominium unit in Manila when the pandemic is over. I love the set-up. Looks like a micro mini bungalow. Size is good just for me. Thanks.

Nice video! In the USA it is very tacky to leave the toilet seat in the "up" or open position. The toilet seat should always be left down when a person exits the restroom, especially if you are showing a property.
My only concern is the mirror facing the bed directly to you when you sleep. It’s bad luck. But overall, it’s beautiful. 🥰

Agree, based on personal experience. One solution is to put a curtain or blinds at the glass partition, or etch the glass or cover it.
