nice layout, simple yet functional. as for me, the divider wall betw bedroom and living room, is better if its made from frosted glass or something like that, since the light came from one side, ao if the divider made from a glass, it could make the other room, more brighter and "airy"

Nice design sir. Question: there's a column where the dining table is located, sayang kasi, if walang column mas spacious pa sana.
Before, I prefer like this with partition for the bedroom, but now I'm into more open space than maximizing spaces, so pwede na walang partition. Over all nice interior design.

That’s not bad! Good upgrades for future sale value and these would be much easier to rent out. I find a lot of the condo furnishings really ugly and basic.

Can’t wait for it for Sir Will Blanza to respond to this… SMDC has so many problems with their units… hate to say I am an owner of a premium unit in one of the SMDC’s projects and international broker at the same time, Pero nahihiya na rin akong magbenta ng mga units ng SMDC. They’re just very good in marketing but the turn over is not even half of what they promoted.
Yes totoo po yan , We are unit owners in some SMDC projects as well, Our first unit was turnover only in 2017,pero ngyon halos ipagawa na namen lahat from leak sa toilet ceiling, poor construction ng sink umangat ung dikit s wall, lumobo ang mga pintura s wall from living room to bedroom at marami pang iba.
@@maria-um9zz until now Naka Ilang promise na ang SMDC sa akin Hindi pa na turn over unit ko sa S. I don’t really now what’s going on with them to the point na fully paid ko na ang unit. Ang bilis nila maningil Sobrang bagal nila gumawa. as in nakakahiya magbenta ng units nila as broker.

His design is very beautiful, but in feng shui there is a condition (the door should not go straight through the living room, straight into the bedroom). So is there any way to solve the type of straight door?
The solution I can think of is to put curtains or something that will block the straight path from one door way to another. If the bedroom has a door you can put a mirror on the door
what happens if it goes straight to the living room?
