So excited to finally share the Studio Ploy’s home makeover... (after scores of sleepless nights and labor of love!). The first of many spaces that we’re going to transform from the usual and default skeleton/unfurnished condo or house unit into one’s dream cozy/serve-your-needs place in the next coming months.
Easy as it may seem, this project has been quite a challenge considering all the restrictions and limitations of this pandemic sitch. Nevertheless, “nothing worth having comes easy” as they say.. Hence, I am beyond elated seeing the final result!
Although this channel is fairly new, I humbly wish for your continuous support while we slowly grow and create something worthwhile and useful..

Due to internet connection problem caused by the typhoon, our initial time for the upload had changed a little... However, my thoughts and prayers are with our kababayans that they remain safe, while those hardly devastated rebuild again their own humble spaces...

Thank you! 🤍 Glad you like them! The store where I got the side tables ships nationwide as per checking on their website.. I’ll attached the link of their IG page.. But with the partition I think they only serve as far as Lucena so far.. But if you have a local aluminum/glass supplier you can ask if they can customize it for you.. I would have added sheer curtains drawn open to each side of the glass partitioner...that would have given it a bit more privacy 👏👏👍

so I recently bought a same sized studio condo unit since that's the only size I can afford right now and I hate large houses since sobrang hirap linisin! Good thing there are youtube videos like this that can give me ideas on how I can maximize the space. Excited na ako for the completion :). The unit although small looks like a complete home especially for singles like me haha

I love this! So light & airy. I'd like a glass partition but as my huge studio is an attic one, there are lots of different ceiling angles so it might look odd.. Has anyone in the comments done this in a similar studio? 😁♥️

258 square feet? Goodness that's tiny! Great result as ever! Calming and relaxing, so much to love in this space! These smaller places need focus on going UP, along with multi-use furniture. And of course don't forget the Murphy bed! 😀

Really nice! Each and every piece of furniture and decor was well thought of and squarely in proportion. I’d put some sheer white curtains on the divider to trick the eye and make the living room look larger than it really is.

Cool! Are you going for the same color?.. Not on the video but I added 3m double adhesive for the mirror as I was advised na hindi madikit masyado yong free na kasama if same tile mirror gamitin mo... 😊

I love your work- balance in everything.
If one day, I will have my own condo, I definitely follow ur design however I may change some things- it will be the eating area. I would choose a folded wooden table (rectangular shape) stick to the wall and a dining bench ( velvet phantom green color). above the mounted table will be a wall- light/led sign of my famous quote and a lucky plant to replace the floor lamp since that corner is wealth/career in feng shui.
Ill throw some pillows with yellow, green-light and deep, blue, white , brown colors with different shapes and a yellow throw blanket.
these colors are lucky colors for living room:)

Such a very good content! I've been into binge watching videos about interior design ideas for small space unit to get an idea on designing my own. I have a 22 sqm bare unit which I plan to have rented - airbnb, and getting an Interior Designer or for fit-outs would cost me a lot. This has been very informative for me. If you wouldn't mind me asking how much approx you spent for the entire make over of the unit? And thank you for sharing the links for the products you bought. Please upload more DIY content! No worries, would be happy to share infos... though I have not accounted the exact cost, based on some receipts and what I can recall the approximate amount including appliances and accessories is between 190-250k... If you plan to have your unit rented you can go away with some personalized items and the cost would go down by roughly a third of the total cost... hope this helps... btw I have lots of diy’s in the pipeline and some makeovers as well... 🤍😊

I feel however all your makeovers are replicas of your last makeover with some variations.
It would be interesting to see what you can do outside of your Scandinavian design. The mirrors and dividers are amazing, again I would love to see you explore other designs.
