I live in New Hampshire and I've been looking for doctors that inject prolozone into the back joint. I was prescribed oral steroid and I did not responded to it, then I had a steroid epidural injection directly into my L5S1 with no success. I spoke to a holistic doctor in Exeter, NH and she said she does not inject as deep as an epidural injection which goes very deep and very close to the spinal cord. She injects into the facet joint. Is this the proper way? I am only 40 and I was referred to a surgeon to speak about my surgical options which are a dissectomy and a laminectomy.
I do agree with the use of ozone intradiscal which i have been using it for the past 10 years with great results

how many ozone injections are required my mother have L4 L5 S1 dics bulge .she have taken 2 injections but her pain is same
I have the same questions, but the doctor I started seeing told me that everyone is different, but expect at least 3 to 5 to see benefits.
