Sometimes i wish i was born in The States instead of Europe. As a truckdriver myself this is one of those moments. I love the trucks in de USA and this truck is awesome. For example i drive a Scania next gen S500, here in Europe one of the best you can buy but i would like to exchange him for a Kenworth...............or your cabover hahahaha.
At 85 years, I ran real white freight liners in 1964 to 1966 on International transport the best company ever. KW and Pete were up to speed by 68 with cf trucks. I still drive a kw 525 Cummins daily . Still do all flatbed and conastoga .. beautiful kw kid❤
Hell of a good job you made of it there Slugger. We call that a Fat Boy here in Western Australia, I had one for a very short time, & a standard bunk version too. K104 & K104B, I can't remember which was which just now, but both had C15s & spiders on air bags. I didn't like either, & I didn't like the Ks one bit. Not the hump, nor the climb, & the things were bloody lethal. I used to pull triple flat tops out to our remote mines. KWs were the best trucks I ever had, & the very best by far were the T904s with C16s, 22 series Roadrangers, steel on spiders on 6 rod, but they weren't cheap. We have a few companies that run exclusively vintage fleets, one here in Perth, on what I was doing has about a dozen assorted & immaculate restored rigs. Another in New South Wales runs single trailer local with 3 twin stick B Macks, & then there are the one truck owner drivers. I've seen some absolute crackers, those that stand out, KW T900, C500, W models, Marmon, saw a beautiful one out in the desert pulling triple flat tops with water tanks on, saw an Autocar just the other day pulling containers off the wharf. They're around & working, if you have the eyes to see. Now & then I see a truck I knew when it was new, remember who bought it, & think man that was 30-40 years ago.
Well, beautiful truck, my dad used to have one; let us not forget these old trucks which brought us the first generation of truckers love seeing your trucks love it
We have Kenworths built here in Australia , also for overseas Right Hand Drive Markets My fav model has always been the K series K100,K104,K108,K200 And the new K220 just came out
That's one of a kind truck man if I was a owner I would buy me a cab over I've always liked them cab over there is just something about them that's one beautiful truck
JR Slugger 🇺🇸👍😎👍 Beautiful K100 JR Greetings and Kind Regards from Downunder Australia 🇦🇺 ~ Land of the K200 Kenworth proudly built at the Kenworth Plant in Bayswater, Victoria Australia 🇦🇺 Old school Kenworths 💯% 👍😎👍 Many thanks to the Asian Mai Show for all your great videos. AJ
All my friends an family were truckers except my dad an ha ha he was the police chief here in my town in Virginia. My brother and I never took anything out of the truck except our bird dogs on weekends or when we were home. They are illegal here. Steal cb or whatever just not our bird dogs.
Cool man, i had a 98 flb freightliner cabover and it broke down on me so i sold it but i still like lookin at big rigs and restored ones like this beauty, yeah, keep on truckin a rockin.
Beautiful truck! Brings back memories, I drove a new K100 1984. It was only a single bunk, the double is so much nicer. I love seeing them on the road, but to be honest I don't miss living in them.
One beautiful build! You definitely know what looks good. I'm like a lot of the other guys comments, the tank forward, the stacks, the massive front bumper and especially how low it is to ground look likes the way it should have come from the factory. Looks totally awesome! I drove an 83 Pete with a day cab, l swear everytime I climbed up in it I thought I was going to have a nose bleed! Lol 😆 So your truck is in my opinion is the right height to get in and out of!!! Can't say enough about it and your products you manufacture. Thank you and be safe!!!

I have Lifetime nut covers on a 96 pete that I bought at I75 Chrome shop when they were still in the old building with the horn on the roof and they still look good. That makes them around 25+ years old.
Your channel is great! If you can when the driver mentions the year of the truck also give some detail on the engine. Keep up the great work! Thank you
The top 5 trucks to own on my bucket list is this 1. 1977 Chevrolet Bison 2. 1972 Kenworth w900 3. 1977 Peterbilt 352 cabover 4. 1973 peterbilt 359 5. 1977 MACK RS712LST
My brother does own a cabover... yet, but he's definitely got a spot reserved in his heart for 'em. Old school trucks are definitely the classy ones, but I personally wouldn't feel comfortable driving them in a lotta places where I go, at least not in winter. Canadian winters can be brutal on trucks and New Pakistan (Ontario) is no place for these gems. Beautiful truck you've got. Thanks for showi it off a little.
I have a 1979 Freightliner Cab over with a 3406A Model Cat Engine. With SST-14 Transmission. Air suspension. No leaks Still runs and drives with no prob. Everything original and barn kept. Very clean and very well taken care of. 1 owner truck with 961, thousand miles. Asking 25k
