Hello sing bhai I got 221 g on 28th nov and the officer said nothing about any documents she said I need some time to review it and on the same day at night I checked the visa status from the U.S. website it shows as approved and on the next day today on 29th nov it was updated as issued and their was no documents asked or any information asked by the officer so bhai I should be relaxed ? as it says aproved on the portal please answer my query bhai
You need to provide documentation as asked in 221g form. If it did not ask documents then it should have mentioned why your vida is delayed. You need to follow 221g form.

Expediate request is rarely accepted on humanitarian grounds like serious medical issue to petitioner or life/death situation. You can try but very less chance and more money to spend. You need to balance the chances and money you will spend.

If after serving 221g and not asking any documents but after one week they ask for passport. What does it mean

It is usually taking about 7-9 months for interview. May be the letter may come soon.

For biometrics you need to schedule your appointment at least 2 business days before your interview date.

You need to mention the changes to the counsel officer. They may unlock DS-260 and send you outside embassy to make changes and come back same day.
