I was having a hard time finding the transcript option on the tool bar's caption button and in the settings. I found that there's an option in apps to add a transcribe app called Meeting Recaps. Hoping that'll do it.
no, any regular Zoom account should be able to have this feature. Remember that while you can view the transcript on mobile, you are not able to save it. Good luck!

This is the same as in a live meeting. I'm not sure I understand that seems to be the issue :)

I have a free zoom client and don't see transcript anywhere under captions.
You could try updating your Zoom client to the latest version and see if it appears
