    Domenico lives! Thanks David for bringing the colors and the fantasy back to life through this piece. Spanish influences are obvious here. Bravo!!!

      Thanks, and yes, you’re right, so much of his imagination and sound/color experimentation was inspired by his adopted homeland!

      Thanks 🙏 you seem to know something about harpsichords. This one is a very fine and rare modern replica of an antique Iberian example

      Yes, I have built many instruments over the years and studied harpsichord in music school. Italian instruments have always been my favourite though. This is my first experience with the Iberian school and it is really wonderful. the low bass has a reedy texture that is very organ like! Bellisimo @@davidlouie

      That’s amazing. Yes the Italian instruments are very special. This one has some Italianate qualities, but also some Northern European trends in its sound and construction. Thanks for your comments.
