    Wow, as a somewhat novice mechanic - I've watched probably 10-15 videos and although my car is a '99 Civic (so there are differences from your Accord that I needed to see) - I must say yours is the best - great, clear camerawork for the visuals and thorough, clear commentary. Thank you - great job!

    How much all break replacement job like this will cost at a mechanic? Canada? Or USA? With break fluid change?

      @BLUECOLLARGARAGE  5 месяцев назад

      Usually you’re looking about $800-1k US dollars for a mechanic to do all four brakes and bleed.

      @@BLUECOLLARGARAGE got an estimate of 1000 CAD for rear break replacement only 😥 (rotor, calliper, pads and bleed)

    Hello. Thank you for this video. I am a rookie at cars. But I will follow your video for my 2002 Honda accord V6. I have a question. One, the rear rotor you linked says it’s not for my car(I have my car linked to my Amazon acc), just making sure that it IS indeed for my car and Amazon is wrong?
    My car has sat for 3 years without being used. I am getting it back to road safe step by step. I believe I need new brakes because it stops very slowly even driving up my driveway at 3mph!

      Yes it will fit the Amazon figment data isn’t always correct. You can also double check part numbers at rockauto.com. If your car was sitting for 3 years you may also want to do a brake fluid flush and bleed.

    Do you have an idea about nice and reasonable price with good quality torque? Would you please give me an advice before I buy one.

    Great video. Is that rear piston threaded inside the caliper so that it must rotate to compress? Doesn't that mean that it rotates to come out when the brakes are applied? That seems odd.
