Good video, but your shifts aren't that much great to be honest. The 2.0 TDI require a gear change at a maximum of 4200 rpm for efficiency and quickness. Especially if you want to measure times.

I had the same car for 10 years and 200.000km. Consumption overall was 5.6L/100km You can make below 5 with going 100km/h and maximum of 9-10 when going 200km/h
