I like big boards and I cannot lie.
You other players can’t deny.
When a rig rolls by stacked three pedals high you get Sprung.
My guess: they are stiff because they are designed so that when they are expanded, they do not sag in the middle.
Always fun watching you two interact and play.
Hey John, yes exactly! They are both super stable even when fully expanded. Which was my only worry before holding them in my hands. Impressive!
Thanks a lot for the kind words man, take care! //Kris
Can you fit power supplies underneath does it come with brackets for them or can you buy them separately
There is more than one little lever to flick to expand it. Is that why it was so stiff to move? Maybe you left the other closed?
Hi, no we opened both, just didn't show that in the video. They are stiff, because they wanted to make sure that they are still stable when fully expanded. Cheers //Kris
@@ThomannsGuitarsBasses Its just odd as both of mine, the 1 and the 2, aren't stiff at all. They slide open with one hand.
It's a great idea. When you start, you don't really know what effects you need or after a long time without playing your style may have changed and you may need more space and then less space by refining and understanding your needs.
Et toujours un plaisir de vous entendre ! Pensez à faire un disque !!! 😉
That's really cool. But it would be nicer if they had figured out a way to make the bag expandable too. Cos you will have to transport a big bag anyway.
Exactly!!! They are halfway in the concept. Still need more improvements.
Would not be so hard to design a bag like that. Just 2 similar sized halves with a couple of adjustable bands and plastic clips where one halve is slightly larger so that it can slide over the other half.
@@grtxyz4358 Or something like an accordion canvas.
Hey, what is the amp? Is that the Marshall Studio Vintage 20W?
Excellent video and great performance!
The combination of the Pantheon ( you already have an awesome sound with that Wampler pedal by his own) with the archer klon in front of it it’s a fantastic!!! Killer classic rock tones and using your volume you can manage to lower the amount of gain…Genius!!!
And the sound of the strat in another brick in the wall really cool too!!!
Would you recommend it for someone who doesn't need to travel with it? I was looking at the 2.
I know the question has nothing to do with it, but can someone tell me what song the riff is from that plays at minute 15?
Nice T-Shirt G!
I have a Zoom G1 Next. I can save multiple patches and create my own sounds. And it run on batteries. What else should I want?
If you’re happy with the sound and flexibility, nothing.
@@modelcitizen1977 I can be The Edge with 1 stomp.
I already have something like that, I call it floor. Without expandable bag that's what you got: floor. But you guys are really funny and I enjoyied this video as always. Cheers
I see the smaller model wasn't able to fit a power supply underneath, but would about the big chonker? Would it fit something along the lines of a Truetone CS12?
My power supply fits under the larger one.
@@blewharvest what kind of power supply do ya have?
@@chiefmachine24 MXR M238 ISO Brick
thanks, appreciate it!
In case anyone else was wondering, it CAN'T hold a power supply like a Truetone CS12 on the bottom due to size. At least without some sort of modification (a combination of screw mounting and Velcro, as well as raising the rubber stoppers for height)
Differnces to Harley Benton Flex?
I just can’t wait until they have one that expands in both length and width.
Damn can't even put a like a cioks7 under the board?
It would have been nice to have seen a completed board from underneath, from the sides etc. Just to see how the cableing looks...
Hey, there was nothing going on under my board (the small one) and only power cables under Guillaume's bigger board. We patched the pedals straight in a line so it was all really simple here. If we used a pedal switcher, that would've been a different story. If you want to see more detailed pedal board builds, definitely stick around. We'll have something awesome and new coming soon. Cheers //Kris
@@ThomannsGuitarsBasses Thank Kris for your reply. I know doing a review like this about a pedalboard seems straightforward - and it is - it's just as a viewer checking things out, things that may seem obvious to you may not be entirely obvious to a wider audience. Anyway, I bought this pedalboard yesterday - the 2 - and so far so good. I'm looking forward to your upcoming pedalboard reviews. Cheers.
many home players don't need a bag/case - nice that they don't force them on us
😍
Thanks guys, really nice boards! 👏
//Kris
I definitely watch too much of You guys. I can recognize Kris after two seconds of playing without watching at the screen.
Haha, that's two times awesome!! First, thanks so much for watching our videos! Second, that has to be the biggest compliment ever. Thank you man!! //Kris
room for power supply underneath?
I have my power supply mounted underneath on the larger board.
Im kinda sad, this was not there, when I was building my first board, it will be no brainer. Not sure about now, maybeee ...
Nice playing from you both as always,
Intro tone of Kris was amazing!
Aww Pacha, thank you so much!! 🙌 //Kris
Hey Jungs,
Rooooooaaaaaaarrrrrr 😄
I had a serious stink face listening to Kris go through his board. That tele is mean.
Haha, that's awesome buddy, thanks! //Kris
Board versatile if you have multiple styles and trying to stay economic
Yeah, I really like the idea of these. And man, they are sturdy! Super heavy duty. Cheers //Kris
Cab “playful” guitarists ever grow up? (Chirping away like teens sometimes..)
Just show! Don't play! First 8 minutes about nothing!
Hey, if you want to learn all about the products in our videos, the brands make really good sales videos with all the impressive details and specs. We will just stick to being two guitar players, not salesmen, if that's alright. :) I still hope you enjoyed the video. Cheers //Kris
