Chicken Alfredo Pizza

1 can Pillsbury™ refrigerated thin pizza crust or your own pizza dough
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (from 15-oz jar),I used a little more we like it!
2 cups diced cooked chicken
spinach leaves
chopped red onion
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend or mozzarella cheese (4 oz),I used more cause we like it cheesy!
Parmesan cheese-sprinkled on your pizza!
Heat oven to 425°F. Grease 15x10-inch or larger cookie sheet with shortening. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.
Spread the alfredo sauce over pizza crust. Top with chicken, spinach leaves, red onion, bell pepper and cheese.
Bake 9 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown!
Bring out of the oven and brush on your garlic butter!
Slice it up&serve!
GARLIC BUTTER!
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon chopped roasted garlic or chopped garlic
Melt in a mug in the microwave for 30 to 40 seconds!

I'd make a Alfredo primavera. Additionally to everything you used, I'd also add mushrooms, blanched shredded carrots, broccoli, etc. I love veggies and meat.

Not sure if Walmart still does it because it has been about 10yrs maybe more but I used to be able to get 16oz balls of pizza dough in the Walmart deli for 88 cents a bag. Just check your local Walmart to see if they do still have it.😉😋
