Storm camping - 14yrs ago, my son was not even 1 yet, at about 2am the park ranger was coming by and telling everyone to go to the bathrooms due to Tornado possibilities. So my wife took my son and headed up and got into the men's room, while I had my 3yr old daughter & dog on leash and we made it to the women's room. That was the last summer of tent camping!

We were in Greenbelt National Park Washington DC on July 12,2022 when a hard rain and wind strom came through that downed meny trees. The park service closed the park the next day. 3 trees fell within 30 feet of our camper that evening. We had to find another campground!
We are camping there in three weeks for the first time, been to the lake before but never camping. Boy you like your champagne don’t you Mike?🥂, I hope they get the trails cleaned up although I would help them if i can keep all the great firewood!😁
We got hit with a tornado a couple of weeks ago as well. It spun something around that hit the back window of the bus and blew the glass and debris in about 20 feet. I'm still finding pieces of the window 2 weeks later. My guess on why the trails were closed.... Covid. Gotta protect those trees!
That's scary! We had a glass door break in a RV before and we found glass for over a year! They claimed it was closed because it was dangerous... I saw no such danger😂
Our first camping trip as a family,we were camping by Eau Claire WI in a tent,when a Tornado went through. Our tent sucked together, then blew up like a balloon. We got the heck out of there to a shelter. We didn't know it was a tornado until the Wardens told us.
That wooden area the reason why they sitting on it says clothes because it's a blowout meaning they're widowmakers so very dangerous to be in there you can get killed by those trees falling on you
I looked around as I walked and didn't see any hangers around the trail just small downed stuff. I think the park just didn't want to open it because they wanted to clear the small stuff yet and hadn't.
Hello, I like watching your videos, I am so interested in looking at some Super Class C RV’s. We live in a Class C with gas and we have been wanting to get a diesel Class C. We are full time living in our C, but there is just not enough room in it. So I’ve been watching videos of All kinds of RV’s, but it’s not the same unless you walk through one. Was wondering where did you go to, to see your RV before you purchase it. We live in Ohio and would like to find a good place to see some Class C’s. I did notice that you are from Ohio so maybe you got yours somewhere around the area. So if you have any ideas where we can go and see some Super C like maybe yours. Thank you.

We enjoyed Mt. Gilead. It is small but nice. The disc golf course is um lets just say fun. Seemed like it was closed also when we were there.
