How is this constantly accidental? They dump sewage out on purpose
My same thoughts like with the wild fires always during the hottest time and when they say conserve water blah blah blah.
And guess what no one is going to be held accountable for this
Why would they be? It's not as if Chump '45 was. To me, it's the trickle down effect: if Chump can do whatever he likes and pay no consequences, then it's open season for ALL AMERICANS to just go hog wild. R@p3, pillage, steal, destroy, burn, occupy. Whatever you like.

0:00 - 0:07 the water looks clear and as they zoom out it's so sparkly!!!! Sewage leaks is like so common there now. It's gross. But like is it human error or faulty machines?
