Your grand son is a handsome young fellow.... additionally i would like to say your work is amazing and your tutorials are very detailed....you ROCK... QUEEN 👑....
@SIWODOUS, did you get a chance to make one for your man? I’m trying to make one for my husband. I’m having difficulty with the amount of chains. I doubled up on the chains with the multiple of 3 and ended up with 3 chains instead of 2.
Love it? I was looking for this kind boys and mens for 2 of my great-great grandkids. I'm gonna make them and then I'll send you a picture when I'm done. Thanks ❤
I love this! I've made several hexagon sweaters, but this one was throwing me off. So now I see it's NOT actually a hexagon, but a Pentagon. You only began with 5 sides instead of 6. I'm glad I came across this from one of the groups I'm in. Thanks for sharing and your time! 🥰
@vathiswaqeqe2268 hello ... the same way u make a blanket.. you measure the body around the larger part ( for men it's the belly lol) and you divide that number I'm half .. then make the back panel with that number till u get it how wide u want it then u build it up to how long u want it .. for the front divide the back panel I'm half and minus 4-6 inches make 2 of those the same way you build the back panels and for the arm make 2 ( I made them 9inch by 9 inches for XXL) if u need a bigger or smaller size I would measure a shirt the size ur looking for for measurements... I hope this helps
You are so very clever! I love this a lot! I am going to make one or three for myself for over my sleeveless summer dresses (bat arms 😆). Thanks for sharing ❤
Great video and super clear! In the middle of my first one and think the sleeve might stick out when done which makes me think I should block it. Anyone have any tips on best ways to do this to get a better drape?
Thanks so much for this tutorial. I've started making something like this too with your tutorial😊. Pls can you make a tutorial for a short with this pattern? Plsssss
Girl this is the best......I have never seen this technique and this is so simple but yields an awesome item. Thank you. I can't wait to attempt this process. And the video is so easy to follow
Yes, but if you think it’s too big for your preferred fit, simply do less inches and compensate for it in the next step where you add rows only to the middle and later front.
The corners are not 90°. I think that when the pentagon meets the tail one should made decreases. Otherwise it will keep opening up, and the sleeves, instead of being at right angles, will look upwards. And if you block them to place (as you probably did, because in the finished flat picture they seem to be straight, then the coloured strip will look down instead of horizontally.
Hi, I don’t think I understood what you said. But I did not do any blocking and mine were straight. Also die the people that have already recreated this, I have not heard anyone say they had a problem with the sleeves or angle.
I'm so grateful for ever coming across your videos ❤ today i make money from the skills i learned from you. Presently working on this shirt for an adult
Hello! Thank you for this wonderful tutorial. My measurement from the underarm up to the desired length of the shirt is 37 cm. I am on row 22 of the shirt and measured this length again. It is now 44cm. I don't understand why the length is now longer than the length I started with. Please help😢. Thank you!!
when making a new top, you would make the chain that was made at the beginning of the tutorial longer, in multiples of three. But if you want to extend an already crocheted shirt you may have to make a new panel to extend the top to your preference and carefully line it up and sew it to the project with a needle to try to make it as seamless as possible
at 5:04 , when you said to chain the length, is it already for the final length of the shirt? or will it still become longer? like if i wanted 25inch length should i chain to 25inch already? thank you for this, btw!
Hi, when I add new rows the length of the shirt (measured from middle of magic circle till bottom of shirt), the shirt length is increasing. How is that happen? I started off with 17 inches of chain. Now after adding around 40 rows, the length of the shirt is 21 inches 😭 where am I going wrong?
since the starting rounds are for the length after the armpit how many inches do i take off the full length? my full length is 26in so i did 63 chains for my length (21in) will that be fine?
Thanks!
Thank you 😊
Guuuuurl!!! This is soooo fly!!! And your son is a gr8 model. He is wearing that shirt, looking proud for his mama✅
This tutorial was recommended to me by one of my crochet friends. I have my yarn selections and I’m ready to make this.

Hello! FOR CLARIFICATION -- If 1/4 of my body is 9 inches, should the sleeve will also be 9inches? I was thinking that I'll be too big.
Yes, but if you think it’s too big for your preferred fit, simply do less inches and compensate for it in the next step where you add rows only to the middle and later front.
@@accrochets Thank you so much!
RUclips can read minds! I wanted to do this for my nephew but never vocalised it or search for it!

Hello! Thank you for this wonderful tutorial. My measurement from the underarm up to the desired length of the shirt is 37 cm. I am on row 22 of the shirt and measured this length again. For your son!!! I thought you were a college student! How! I mean how are you so fit! 😄
I think it’s the genes 🤗
Thank you for this tutorial
I made same like u, but now i want to increase the length of this shirt wat can i do?
Plz guide me
when making a new top, you would make the chain that was made at the beginning of the tutorial longer, in multiples of three. Pls if we are to do the long hand would we countine the pattern until it's long already
Your timing is perfect because I was gonna go get yarn and try to freehand it 😭😭
Greetings! I'd like to make a long sleeve version. What do you suggest in how to go about this?
Thank you for this wonderful video! It was super helpful and easy to follow along 😊

Hi. Can i use this measurements for a two year old boy?
So cute love
Do you have the written pattern?
Thank you for this detailed tutorial 🙏🏻 Can you you please tell how many clusters should I skip in front neckline for an adult size shirt ?
You can 1 more, it’s not a big difference.
Ok thank you 🙏🏻
Quero fazer uma camisa pra meu netinho dr 2 anos.
Thank you so much
You're most welcome
If i want to make for a 4-6 years how should i place the clusters??
Wow 🤩😍🤩
I like to make it for adults ❤
Go ahead, you can with your measurements. Same instructions
at 5:04 , when you said to chain the length, is it already for the final length of the shirt? or will it still become longer? like if i wanted 25inch length should i chain to 25inch already? thank you for this, btw!
1:55 I mentioned length from under arm, not whole shirt. The sleeves are not included at this point.
@@accrochets thank youu so much!!
@accrochets so as we keep making more clusters does the length increase?
So nice 👍🏻 Thank you🥰 for sharing this ♥️♥️♥️
So do we get the bust size first then add those extra 6 before joining ?
1/4 of bust measurements first, then add the back. 25:25

This is a great idea. Thank you for sharing this. 😊

wanting to create one! excellent tutorial
Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks dear
Thanks for this. I’m going to try it 🤞🏾
How am I able to make this for my 1 year old?
God bless you
Please, make a video of the 3D flower too! I’m about to finish this project! Thsnk you for the very nice and clear tutorial!
How many yarn you use
since the starting rounds are for the length after the armpit how many inches do i take off the full length? my full length is 26in so i did 63 chains for my length (21in) will that be fine?
Or do i just do my full length from the start?
It is length from your under arm, what we build up with the rounds is the sleeve. I mentioned that you should measure length from your underarm.
I don't know how to do the magic ring
Watch videos on RUclips
Or chain 3 and slip stitch into the 1st stitch. You’d have a circle then.
hi just a question, while im crocheting .. i realized my sleeves are getting slanted. is supposed to b like that?
I don’t think I understand what you’re saying, but you can dm a pic on instagram I see. However, I don’t think they should be slanted.
Comment faire pour les Size M/L s'il vous plait?
Can you use acrylic yarn?
Yes you can
@@accrochets if I’m using double knit yarn, what hook size can I use?
What kind of wollndo u use for this
Cotton
Do have a written pattern?
Nope
What size is the yarn? I have a size 4 yarn and worried it might be too big
Size 3
How can I make it into a large in men’s size
I explained in the tutorial, the measurements you will be taking on each stage
Weldon ma my boss, pls can I get measurement for a four years old boy
Song about crocheting
Working on one🔥Love this tutorial
Thank you for this great video. I’m looking forward to making a shirt. @YarnPhilosopher
