  • Porphyromonas Gingivalis has been linked to many diseases from Alzheimer's disease, to heart attacks, to stroke, and diabetes. There is almost no systemic disease that hasn't been linked to gum disease!
Dr Joseph Nemeth, a periodontist in Southfield, Michigan has been talking about the link between your oral health and your overall health for years. It has just recently come to be public knowledge as more and more news articles are covering the story.
Dr Nemeth was recently at the airport and he saw an article about one microbe that is responsible to many other systemic diseases. Porphyromonas Gingivalis is the main bacteria that is responsible for periodontitis or gum disease and it has been found to be negatively linked to other areas of your body.
When you have gum disease it doesn't just affect your oral health. Bacteria like spirochetes and amoeba that seem to accompany Porphyromonas Gingivalis need to be checked for. If we see these bacteria in the gums, we know that Porphyromonas Gingivalis is also presewnt.
These organisms get into your blood stream and cause many systemic issues.
If you have an unhealthy mouth it can shorten your life by 6-7 years.
Its so important to have a healthy mouth because you will have a healthier body!

Grocery store Xylitol (one gram five times a day, suck it for 2 min. every four hours, 7 am 11 am 3 pm 7 pm 11 pm) stops Porphyromonas gingivalis from multiplying. Porphyromonas gingivalis falls off your teeth, xylitol stops them from adhering. Since xylitol increases the salivary pH to 8.4 it is not possible to have tooth decay. Xylitol is the answer, please spread that word. I place 2 grams of xylitol in my mouth, let it melt to a syrup, then I brush under my gums. I have been doing xylitol brushing, morning and night, since January 17 2021. I try to use xylitol three more times every day. Until recently, I was a Registered Dental Hygienist for forty years. Now I am an art student hoping to learn about art, so that I can educate people about xylitol.

I have PG. 3 years ago I had Transverse Myelitus, and ischemic stroke, then adhesive capsulitis of both shoulders, then Trigeminal neuralgia, and many swelling infections around the body, now another connective tissue disorder, Ventral hernia.....I have PG and had a broken tooth removed because of infection 2 years ago and had a cleaning and 4 cavities filled during this rough time of undiagnosed root causes....but I think it could be caused by PG. I did lose taste, and still havent got that back yet

Very interesting! Thanks a lot for all the informations that you give us. It's helping a lot. I am a super fan of everything you put here! :) 💕 But, I am wondering if it's possible to get rid of all these P. Gingivalis bacterias everywhere in the body or if the goal is more to reduce this bacteria load (a bit like candida albican - the important is that the quantities stays under control in the body ecosysteme). Thanks :)

I would like to learn more about this! I am currently working on my associate's degree in human biology, and later hope to become a dental hygenist. For my microbiology class, I have to do a presentation on a pathogen. I chose P. Gingivalis. Do you have any great acidemic sources that you would recommend that I could use in my presentation?

Maybe a ginger juice can help to make healthy gums... crush d ginger by using a blender then strain it ... gargle d ginger juice or use it as a mouthwash. You can also use interdental brushes by dipping it on crushed ginger and put it on gums that surround your teeth. Another also is garlic-water/garlic juice but be careful by d amount of d garlic.. it should not be that strong otherwise it can burn ur mouth. Use garlic water as a mouthwash. I'm a diabetic and prone to periodontal disease... my dentist told me that my gums are becoming healthy and I use ginger juice and garlic-water/juice as a mouthwash.

Why is nobody trying to make a synthetic bacteriophage that targets only PG? I see no downside to that plan

From what I’ve discovered…most medical and dental “professionals” haven’t a clue what phages do …it’s all the patients fault from simply not brushing…period. And that’s a bs way to think

I'd like to have my tonsils out in addition to perio treatment. Tonsil stones I think are just continuing to send bacteria into the rest of my mouth. Been trying to get someone to take my tonsils out for years.

Anything with the word vaccine in it..I want nothing to do with…until they remove the liability immunity from these developers who make them…I don’t trust anything that’s given without consequences when things might go badly

I have a question... My mom at a very young age had terrible teeth and at the age of 26 had full dentures. About 4 years ago she developed what the drs say is Alzheimer's. I am curious, if she had something like this, could it have stayed in her system for years after the removal of her teeth to of possibly been a root cause?
