    IS IT SAME FOR E1 AND E2'

      E1 has the same kinetics as SN1. E2 is the same as SN2. Of course the products are different. Since the attacking species is acting as a base we will usually label it as such, rather than a nucleophile (one of the many definitions of acid base is electrophile / nucleophile).
