Why can't I have 4 at the top row of the hiearchy. I need to make an organigram of an entrepeneurial organization that has 4 managing partners of which 2 manage one half of the operational core and the other two the other half of the operational core with no middle line and some supporting staff. I know this is an unusual hiearchy but there has to be some way to do this?? I can only make the organigram with a centralized apex of one person. Anybody know how to solve this?
