Thank you for sharing. Yes, would be great to enter an open competition. I did sculpting about 25 years ago. It is a skill I never forget but lost touch a lot. Have not done any clay sculpting since. Am awfully rusty. Good memories kept my interest going. Had my share of paper sculpting but it is all papers engineering. Looking forward to the challenge!
In case anyone else had this question, I got an answer when I e-mailed Andrew. Here's his response to my email: "I would like it to be close to 18 inches, 16 inches is probably as small as I'd want to see for the competition just because if some are sculpting smaller that has a different set of advantages and disadvantages. Here's a video on building stands for armatures and if you were able to get some simple hardware to hang the sculpture from above that would probably work for a larger sculpture. How to Make an Adjustable Stand for Your Armatures ruclips.net/video/ATzmNPgX9uo/видео.html If you have to do it 14 inches or not do it I'd definitely recommend just doing it at 14 inches but just realize that that is outside of the specific parameters of this competition and can loose you points on scoring. Hope this helps!"
Is this contest worldwide? Like, could someone from latinamerica participate and be able to win the price money? Edit: why is there so little info on this contest? No instagram post, only this video, a single comunity post, and the general advertisement in the sculpting course.
Hello, I would like to note that when you make a skeleton for a future sculpture, then the skeleton of a woman and the skeleton of a man are different. Please take note of this
Remember to opt-in to the contest using the link below. Hope to see you participate! andrewjosephkeith.myclickfunnels.com/sculpture-competition-optin
HI ANDREW. THI SI SO GOOD. I SIGNED UP FOR THE CONTEST BUT HAVEN T GOT ANY CONFIRMATION SO FAR...
I've been procrastinating going through the course even though I paid for it. This is pretty good motivation to really get started. Thanks!
Yes that is the exact reason I'm doing the competition! hopefully it will be motivation to many students.

Looking forward to it. Can the sculpture be shorter than 18"? My wire and armature stand would prefer a 14" sculpture.
