    I like these kinds of "low production" videos more than the other "high production" videos. This feels much more personal and also, more about the cooking (not sure if that makes sense).

    I love your videos, I have a request chef.
    Maybe you could make video with a list of “must have” ingredients. That would be cool. I really wanna try to make some of your recipes but I can never remember some of the sauces or ingredients you use. Thanks chef.

    I'm late to the game. But, this is video is legit. It's YOU that make the video. I like the fact you showing recipes that are more common for everyday life of a Korean. It's easy enough for folks like me that can have an entry level recipe to taste another cultures food.

    What kind of radish are you using? There's different varieties and I know some are a lot firmer than others....would really like to try making this. I just love soups

      I use korean radish. Def thicker and taste so much better for this soup

    I wanted to ask, I made time ago Korean Rice cake, so with Gochujang.
    Problem, rice cake are really expensive here in France, I wanted to know what could with it in your opinion ? I saw a lot of recipices with Kimchi, but it's also sadly not available in my country :x

    Quick question. I don't like any type of seafood at all. Is there any substitute for the anchovies?????

      I also don't eat seafood and make this soup pretty often. You can use plain water and add beef Dashida (다시다) which is a beef soup stock. Make sure to check the bag as there are various Dashida and some contain seafood. Not too much is needed as the GukGanJang/국간장- [Korean] Soup Soy Sauce- will also contribute to the broth's taste.

      Just skip the anchovies and add a lil more dashi for flavor ✌️
