Oh My God...What a Performance. Remember watching it on TV when it was on the first time. Incredible talent...never could forget this song after hearing it...so glad I found it again. Thank you so much for posting
I am surprised the stage didn't collapse under all of that talent. It is still one of my favorite performances. I play the harmonica, but I can't touch Delbert's playing with mine, he is a fantastic musician. I am a fan of all of them.
2:27 when he sings along with that solo. wow.
No body does that like Steve Wariner.....
One of the greatest fiddle players in the world and he's not even turned on. wow.
Awesome tune. Love the Albert Lee solo on the original.
Fabulous collaboration. So many great musicians playing perfectly :)
The only thing that could have made this better would have been if Mark O'Connor's fiddle was actually in the mix. You can't hear him at all!

love these men boy oh boy
Time to brag. Met Steve Wariner when I was a deejay in Waco back in the early 90s.
Met Delbert in Tunica, Ms back in 2004.
What a showcase of talent. Would have loved to been there.
What fun! Great talent!
Needs more Delbert !
I have been looking for this particular performance of this song, is my favorite
I remember watching tv when they came on & did this, love it!
The name of the song is "Crash Course in the Blues"

oh yeah! I was watching the night this was on, wanted more & just like that I was in love with Michael W Smith
That should be Mr. Steve Wariner CGP.
I still jam to this driving!! Record version way better guitar but I get it, it’s tv....
Lee Roy, Delbert are smoking hot too !!! Will Lee is the bassist. He plays or used to play w/ David Letterman's band for a long time.
Did Delbert have a leg brace on his right knee?
what's the title?
Is that Mick Fleetwood on drums? Just kidding.
Somebody should have taken a crash course in sound. The fiddle's not even in the mix.
Michael W. Smith ruins this.
Kelton King, just a guess... the piano player ?
