Grandson videoed our approach and the phone jumped out of his hand on landing 😂 Nice bit of filming this and would you mind telling us the camera used. Bet you enjoyed your observation duties there eh 😉 but be aware of runaway hats 😅
@@DeguMeister haha! Thanks for the comment, I use my iphone 11 for recording. I much prefer using my phone to record takeoff and landing since it picks up sound great and is more comfortable to hold than my camera which I use for planespotting. All i would recommend is when recording landing is to make sure the phone is securely held 😁
@@tomc951 given Skiathos is a very short runway, harder landings are often required to help decrease speed as well as maximum reverse thrust. In this case full reverse was applied however the touchdown was not significantly as hard as my past landings into Skiathos.

Very hard landing for a short runway
@@tomc951 given Skiathos is a very short runway, harder landings are often required to help decrease speed as well as maximum reverse thrust. In this case full reverse was applied however the touchdown was not significantly as hard as my past landings into Skiathos.
Nice landing in the circumstances. Nornally its a smash down at JSI
Indeed, the landing I’ve had before when I’ve flown into skiathos was much more firm however I was sat directly over the landing gear on that flight.
