Thank you, really appreciate your support! From what I have been able to find, I don't think James Plagniol olive oil is organic, but if you get their extra virgin olive oil it could still be a good option. Another option that is both organic and extra virgin is this one from Bragg: amzn.to/3vjVAZ0
