I haven’t had anyone not be able to get it - but there are fewer carriers, the prices have gone up and the biggest issue is making sure the roof isn’t more than 15 years old. Not impossible, just…different.

I was born in Florida. Being a large peninsula with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the Atlantan Ocean on the other, It will be hit by big storms.
