Hey yes very recently actually I did get the refund but only after it was agreed nothing happened and then I got in touch with the people who dealt with taking payment and they contacted smile direct for and I finally got the refund 😂 have you had much luck with communicating with them?
@@Mental_health_an_Molly no they keep insisting on only a 40% refund. I tried to go through the tabeo route (the people processing the payment) and they said they can’t authorise a full refund unless smiledirect approve it :(
They did this to me at first because they were trying to say that they had given me some fixture I responded with the fact I paid based on the final result not for my teeth to be somewhat moved and advised I had a complaint ready to go be sent to trading standards and the financial ombudsman and had been advised of my rights as a consumer and they soon changed there toon. It's the waiting for every reply that was so frustrating!!
Hey - sorry me again. I have managed to get an increase to 60% but no more than that. Out of curiosity, did you report to the financial ombudsman in the end? What did you say to tabeo to get them to help you? Thanks in advance
@@ba6254 Hey I'm so sorry you are still going through this I understand the pain!! I didn't send the complaint because threatening, in the end, was enough but I dug into the fact that regardless of if my teeth had strengthened 40℅ I had paid the amount under the impression that I would get the result and 40% moved if anything was worse because now my teeth are left In a position they should not be in. I hope this helps do not give up they try to wear you down but they are just trying to save as much as possible from you they know they are wrong. I did also mention "lied" that I had a lawyer in the family who was giving me advive.
