Rare CSX Locomotive With Ditch Lights Flashing at the Same Time

On July 14, I saw a CSX intermodal train along the River Line at dusk with 3 locomotives. Notice how the ditch lights on the lead engine were flashing at the same time. The door on the nose of the leader was open as well.
